The terminology we use is important.The term stop loss is antiquated and misleading imho.I use the term "Protective Stops" to protect or safeguard my emotional and financial capital. As a position moves in my favour over time so does my protective stop move to lock in gains and or reduce the size of loss
Please explain what somebody who'se timezone allow them to trade both UK and US session can do about that and should watch out for ...I personally do not enter any trade on the opening hour of any session and wait for the first hour to close ...
There is so much noise out there. You have to understand what works for you and stick to it. When you become profitable and understand your trading system, you won't need to wait to enter trades. You will know when and where to set you pending others and go to sleep. When make gets to your pending others, they are triggered and take you in your direction. That way, you eliminate the effect of trading sessions on your trading.
One more request : can you make a video about the market sessions, it happened a lot when the price action changed a lot from a session to an other session and why most of the moves occurs in the last 10 minutes of an hour's ...please explain that for free , it is very important for me and for every one ...thank you
I think you need to find your trading personality and understand how the markets work. When you know what makes the market move and your understanding market structure and how price flows, you will be more patient and allow the market do what it wants. You just follow the market. You will find your can stay on the higher time frames because anything from H4 down is noise. The real market structure and direction is on the bigger time frames not in session close and open

You have to understand the different kinds of markets that exist. Market doesn't trend forever. And if you use a trending strategy to trade, it won't work on a side ways market. You have to learn the different types of markets and stay away when the trend is lost, consolidating or trending opposite. Then focus on only trending markets or learn to recognize all markets. Hope this helps. Then you need to also understand your trading personality and you time frame combinations that work best for you. Once you do, you will see the trend on any chat you look at.
