Absolutely. These days CS is more and more becoming subsumed in sales, so it’s a more complex point than in the past. But nothing is more important than retaining your customers.

As a matter of fact, I ended up not renewing because I didn't think it was worth that to me to keep it going. 30k is just ridiculous for what it was. Having said that, if it was more valuable then yes. But as I remember it during that first year, no I'm sorry. 300 was fair value.
