My brother is already in canada for 2 years. He is on study visa . I am applying for study visa now . I was wondering if the IRCC checks and compare my financial documents against his one ? Because there have been some drastic changes our income and properties now than at that time. For example, The annual income of parents at that time was 25 lakhs(business, mothers salary) but now its 43 lakhs(addition of land lease and fathers salary , increase in profit in business) and the property value has also increased drastically from 1.7 crore (mother house and land, father land) to 3.5 cr (increase in value, addition of grandmothers land). its all genuine. But I am worried IRCC digs that up and suspects the drastic changes . or IRCC doesnt have the old documents in their database and treat me as completley different? Note: There's no misrepresentation because he had mentioned all sibling during his application and I will also mention during my application. Should I worry ?

My mom usa visa got refused 3 times and then we applied for canada visit visa. Here we don't mention about USA visa rejection. So canada visit visa got rejected stating 2 reasons that 1-we didn't mention about USA visa 2- they are not sure about she will return back home country. So pls guide me with explanation letter

I need some HELP. I applied a closed WP from outside Canada. After applying visa i did a job for 6 months. Application approved and I came to Canada as (PhD, research scientist). After an year, in my WP extension application I forgot to mention experience gained during the processing of first WP, it falls under STEM. Can I use that in PR.

Hello sir, after responding to the procedural fairness letter how much time irctc take to process application?I launched the file for study permit on 10th of May. Then procedure fairness letter came on 19th July and after I submitted some documents on 27th July, there is a confirmation email on 28th July that they have received my documents but till now I have not heard any decision from IRCC. In this case, how many days can it take to know any decision from IRCC? I am from Bangladesh, thank you very much in advance

Dear Sahil, I am your subscriber. I wanted to get in touch with you to make you my consultant. But when I messaged the what’s app number, it gave me options to have an initial conversation with you which costed around 119 dollars. Now, may I know why you charge so much for a 45 minute session? As not even doctors get paid that much hourly in Canada. I really wanted to go forward with you, but that initial fee made me wonder, what about things after initial stage.

Sir, I have applied for Visior Visa for Canada on 16th August 2020.I received procedure fairness letter from IRCC on 19th July 2022 for itinerary.I have resubmitted my new itinerary.Till date today result is pending? I have not submitted any fraud documents however I received this letter.Will they bane me for 5yrs? Can I withdraw my application as result is pending? What should I do?Pls give me suggestion.

I was deported to India from UK based on misrepresentation in UK student visa renewal in 2014. It was for TOEIC English test. Currently, I live in Portugal I am planning to move Canada next year. Do I still have chance to immigrate? Kindly provide your suggestions.

Brother, i moved to portugal from uk in 2015 and I got papers very easily in Portugal and I was legible for portugal passport in 2021 but my bad luck I got canada tourist visa in 2019 and come to canada and missed my Portuguese documents, which is my worst decision of life and now I am in canada , but there is nothing here

Hello, I applied for Canadian student permit through an agent. I told him my history of previous US visa refusal. I was surprised to see that He didn't indicate that I had a US visa refusal. They sent him a letter to respond in 7days which he didn't and I wasn't aware maybe because he doesn't want me to know all the process so that he can have more client or so. Then I personally requested for GCMS note through my email which exposed the error he made. Now I have 5 years ban. What can you advise?

Hello sir, I am a very new student in Canada. I was misguided by My agency, they didn’t disclose my incomplete master course during my admission. But they told me that I can transfer my completed credits after reaching to here. After applying for my credit transfer, I got notice for misrepresentation from the University. And they required me to give explanation and withdrawal confirmation from my previous University. Though I mentioned my incomplete master course in my SOP. I explained in my visa application why I didn’t continue my course. Alreay university drops me from the courses till reaching the final decision. Sir if university will cancel my enrolment then they will inform IRCC to take action against of me? Or what will be the consequence for this mistake? I am passing through a very difficult situation, I don’t have money that's why I don’t able to take your appointment. Would you please reply me on this issue?

Hi Everyone I am in big confusion. I hope anyone can help I went to UK on a study visa in 2010 and dropped my studies intentionally due to lack of money i worked there for 2 year and came back to India before visa expire i was not deported. I don't have any document of UK Study visa neither visa nor passport.I have fresh passport. Now after coming to India i did BBA aand started a job as HR now i am thinking to go Canada for Study MBA I am married and have a son. My agent is saying we have show that you visited UK but i don't have any proof. What are the chances of getting visa

Hi just wanted to ask if subsection16(1) and 40(1) are both same? If not, what is the difference between those ? One of my friend received a PFL where visa officer mentioned both sections but for 16(1) officer did not mention the reason whereas for 40(1) the officer clearly mentioned the reason. my educational consultant (which i i later found as unlicensed) didn't mention my siblings during my application to Canada as student . Now , I am in Canada but my sibling want to apply to Canada for study permit . Now should he mention me? it he mentions, then will i get problem ? and what if he doesn't mention again ?

I was banned since 2020, I didn’t know not until 2022 when I applied for a students visa. I already paid my school fee and everything, not until they got back to me saying I was on a ban for 5 years, I’ve been depressed ever since because I spend my last penny on it. What can I do? Hi sir , on 12 aug I applied for study visa permit for canada and i made a mistake on form IMM 1294 ..there was a question that “ Have you previously applied to enter and remain in canada ?” And i selected No ..but in 2020 there was program IEP ( international experience program) which is held by my university and i applied for that and that time i and other many students applied for visitor visa with help of agency but due to covid - 19 the program was cancelled and all the applicant's visa application were withdraw .. I was done with biometrics as well as got UCI number that time .... but honestly i forgot to mention this thing in that form and now i realise that it is essential to mention that information Now what should i do ???please give me a solution Do ircc and vfs global have withdrawal application records ? Due to this mistake will I charge for misrepresentations ?? Will my study visa affect for this ???
