I was having a dream just now of me and one of my highschool friend discussing about 7 levels of awareness while being high on something (please take note that I haven’t experienced any substance, drugs, weed, etc). The dream is so blissful ngl. I suddenly got jolted up by somethng and woke up. I immediately grabbed my iPad and searched for it. I am so surpirsed that it was a REAL THING!! Holy shit! This is one of the weirdest shit that happen to me in my entire life. I cried watching this as I’m currently in one of my deepest low in my life right now.
9 months have passed. I hope you now see that lows and highs trade places with one another from time to time. You made it through I hope. I once heard what does not kill you makes you stronger. You can do it. Be your own best friend. God bless you.
I lost Momentum today's morning. But after watching this video/advice My mind is refresh and get back to the challenge work. Wow… I’m new to this whole paradigm shift but it’s making so much sense as to why I do the things that I do and have difficulty breaking long-standing habits that I’ve repeatedly tried and repeatedly failed to get rid of. I will follow this method and remind myself of discipline instead of giving into my wants.

For many years, discipline has been WRONGLY taught. Now I can understand why it kept looking like something I couldn't attain. Then I found Bob's teaching, Feb 1st this year and listened to him everyday. He redefined discipline and my results have changed like night and day. Bob is phenomenal!!! He lived a truly impactful life.
discipline makes you both the master and the slave at the same time, your superior (thinking) self gives your inferior (acting) self the commands. following the paradigm only makes you the inferior acting slave
