What I relate to was having acne as an adolescent, my walk and posture reflected this becsuse of not feeling good about myself , I became extremely introverted with little or no confidence. It affected me through most of my life. Not so now I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life. I'm 83 I suffer no pains and this is due to a positive attitude and activity such as dancing and Zumba. I now love the life I'm living and my circle of friends.. please keep up your good work.

you mostly talk around the same topic which is most important thing, if you want to change your reality, you have to change your mentality, but I listen you again and again, because repetition is the mother of learning.
A lot of times people criticize us because they see we have incredible potential and they are jealous. They do not want to see us succeed they want to hold us back so they feel better about themselves. There are those who actually take great pleasure in doing this, they have spirits like Jezebel.
I like you Daniel. Some points were your own experiences. You logically got rid of them. I want to think like you. I can encourage people but not myself.
The last one, small thinking versus big thinking, should be taken more realistically. My big thoughts in the past hurt more than helped. I'll say shoot for attainable goals to begin with, then go beyond that, and eventually you'll attain the big goals. That has helped me better.

Keep educating and make people aware. Yes, sadly, parents, not intentionally, sometimes put a child on pedestal and everything seems to revolve around that child. This can happen with a first in college kid or one who seems to be smarter or prettier. (Have seen a lot of this in first generation immigrants' children). I have seen end results because young adults have told me that they always felt that brother/sister was treated differently. As a result, these children grew into adulthood with lots of resentment and always lacked esteem. This is why awareness is so important. Of course, if you are a narcissist, you are always better than others and others are just there to serve you. Like your videos, I became aware of narcissists on videos like yours. Oh well, this is the human condition - we are not perfect. We are all learning and we are all equal in God"s eyes. How we treat others is our responsibility. My dad used to say from time to time when we'd get out of line "the world will train you". How true.

1I like that competence drives confidence 2 I had a low self-image and perhaps low self-worth in some ways learning about the scriptures God gives me more confidence I have some fears and some extra boldness in some areas I will ask the Lord to help .me with worry. And some forms of doubt. I will make that list Today So I can take control of my mind and take more control of my life. I think sometimes I can be a bit cowardess I want to take more control of my bills Then I can focus more on my skills I've Been Thinking Too Small And I Want To Think Bigger So I Can Change My living

This is a lesson to those people who discourage others. Encouraging always nourishes. Even if a person is not capable, we should still appreciate their trials and encourage them instead of putting them down.
Please would you kindly share the books that helped you learn public speaking. I too never had opportunity to learn public speaking and speaking to crowds is not necessarily something that comes naturally to me.

Some of the greatest advice and truths of what hinders human endeavors and pursuits of what one has innate within them. Self doubt and external factors are an illusion engendered by a psuedo society of jealous and ignorant, shallow, negative, following, conformed, non creative, be like me individuals who will never leave a legacy of any substance or betterment of the world.
I think that's the confidence to take action is more powerful than simple knowledge. Because knowledge is not power until you take action with it. A lack of confidence denies the world the greatest of you.
I could never ask always thought I could do it all by myself to avoid rejection for when I came to the point when I got ran down by a truck and starve a little government would help me no agencies would help me at a broken leg broken pelvis couldn't walk on a wheelchair I had no help but beautiful people several of them came and put money in my hands I know what it's like to not be able to open up your mouth and ask not even for a raise and you're overworking for these people are just taking and taking thank you I must be pretty blessed to find you because you hit it right on the trigger all the different levels of human nature in fear and panic and anger and jealousy and takers and losers especially broke Christians and hating money root of all evil write thank you
I can relate to what you're saying that they treated you like a slave in the beginning of my life I have beautiful people encouraging me giving me a good job and training me and then I met my husband that was a taker and a manipulator and that's all I knew what's the be manipulated in used I lost that confidence I lost that power and I was in the hands of other people controlling me even ended up on the street couldn't do nothing myself because my husband was the kind of person that said stay home and I'll do everything for you no stay home and break thank you again you're helping me to heal from past wounds

What really is a killer is taking drugs and having that kind of no-confidence it makes it worse drugs do not help you it was a big storm coming out and I had my dog out there in the rain in the mountain and I was afraid to go because I felt this energy of evil he died the next day baby when I wasn't on drugs in the fear didn't hit me so hard I would have ran out there and saved him just giving you an example of what I went through and fear is a big part of people that fail in life
