I'm a total rookie here with this CSM software stuff, trying to hire a CSM myself for my non-SaaS business. How come Salesforce isn't listed here as "Adoption Management" tool? Isn't that the granddaddy software I keep hearing about. OR, is there a nuanced layer here I should be aware of that SF doesn't fit into and things like Pendo etc do? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!!!

SalesForce is a CRM... not a pure breed Digital Adoption Platform You can use it for communication/etc... But it doesn't make the list www.g2.com/categories/digital-adoption-platform
