Truthfully, I started a full time gig back near the start of 2020 and I just haven't had the time or the energy to put into this channel. I may get back to it eventually, as time and energy allow. This really helped me out, I specially struggle when I compare myself with my classmates. It does not even matter when it is not my area of expertise or I just completely ignore the fact that I have other skills that they flat out lack. I am a jack of trades in the sense that I love 3D art and design, I am also working towards being a good programmer with a computer science background. I always want to be one the best ones and when I can't I am super hard on myself. Just be yourself, ignore the others, do your best but also enjoy life.
I really like your videos Mr. But I understand the feeling of not having the energy if you have a full time job. I went from super hobby 3D modeller who posted a lot at the Foundry forum back in the days. But when I started to do 3D as a full time job I don't touch Modo anymore when I'm home. Kind of miss it. This is so true. I have been trying to get into this mindset but it's pretty difficult. I always go 100% and then burn out then blame myself. I have kinda trained myself to hate on me when I eat bad things so I almost never enjoy it. Do you have any tips on how to change your mindset into thinking this way? Anyways love your vids
Actual methods or tips to change, I'm not sure. I think it's like any muscle ... you need to train the memory and it'll start to come more naturally. I find that if I post a note somewhere that I can see it during the work day with a single thought like this it helps. Like, just a sticky note that says "80/20" on it. Then when something happens, you'll see the note, and be able to put it into the proper context.
Hey, I was wondering if you can help. I need to change some shortcuts because I use a disabled program to use the computer with a foot switch. I can't find some shortcuts like for the retopo pen, I need to change shift + middle mouse button.. I would like it to be shift control LMB,. How can find that

With AutoHotKey that's trivial, I have a lot of keyboard shortcuts bound to mouse clicks and other key presses. Helps with stubborn programs and games that don't allow rebinding.

@@WarrenMarshallBiz Funny you say that, I retired from doing client work, and I had to shut all of my Discord server down and all the ones I belong to, DISCORD can be a huge distraction... I know it was for me... I got so much work done with a new game I been working on, since I did it.
