If the death wobble could get any worse it would shake the titanium screws out of my ankle! I got case right now that I can’t get rid of! Lol that’s no shit! 😂
Oh hell no I got a Cherokee nothing lifted too high or anything but death wobble at 60 MPH sounds like everything is coming apart I couldn't imagine 140 for even 100 mph with death wobble
@@CaptIzzy-hp7pu I got a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X never had a problem with death wobble. I’ve got her up to 112 mph just depends on your tires and lift you got fr oh also mines is a 4 door not a death wobbling 2 door
The article I read doesn’t mention full cost $$ but it did say to have the company just drop the Demon engine in “costs a cool $58,850” Hope this helps anyone with pockets worth being able to consider it 👍🏻
58k USD just for the engine without the swap and extra's to the jeep? i found many new demon engines on the web in the crate for 19k .. i doubt there's 40k of parts and labor to do the swap ...considering all the new parts being replaced can be resold for at least 5000$ +. If its 60k with the paint , seats , logo's everything included keys in hand ... its expensive but still might be worth it compared to buying the prebuilt version for 95k.
58k for a brand new crate demon with the swap kit…labour not included. They are billing out around 40 hrs of labour. Next on the agenda is upgrading to Dana 60’s and other drivetrain components. You can get a nice set of new 60’s for around 13k. If you had a reputable shop do the whole swap I would think you would be into it for $75k.
@@Future-Preps35 yeah "certain wranglers" but you could get a pretty low end one since you're modifying everything anyway, this one here being a 2 door is like 30-40k maybe
Jeeps are not meant to be all time 4 wheel drive on the hi-way and unless they upgraded the transfer case to an ATLAS or something similar they would probably split that stock one in half trying to do a burnout on all 4's
Kinda funny after I got my dad's el camini I told my wife I never needed another new vehicle again. I love my current truck as well. She said "deal". New engines don't count as new cars though😉
Just seen 1 of these in person crazy how they can fit that into a jeep. I'm not a dodge guy more like dodged a bullet lol. But damn seeing it in person I applaud the build. Kudos I work on alot of hemi due to the lifters
its not that much larger than a regular 6.2 v8, which fits comfortably in the jeep as factory option. There is no factory 2 door with large engines however, the 2 door is plenty quick with the small v6 or i4turbo.
Observation 1) I'm a Rzr guy (see my corny vids). In Moab the ave speed is merely 5 mph. My cell phone is VHB tape mounted to the dash. IF a call comes in I cut my engine . . . and listen in silence to the Colorado Plateau. The last thing on my mind is I want a Jeep with a Hemi swap in it. My hauler plate is TOY HLR. My Esacalade is ITS RUF. The video was neat but at Easter Jeep 2011 my Rzr was the shizzle. No Jeep went over 5mph in Moab.
Damn. I have a 2019 Jeep wrangler sport unlimited with a 2.0 turbo engine and my gas mileage is shitty when I step on it. So I know you don’t get good gas mileage but Got damn it was beautiful👍🏽👍🏽
Now That's what I call inspiration I'm sitting here looking at a turbocharger I just picked up a few days ago and now I'm reconsidering what to do almost want to say hell with the turbo just do a engine swap
@@robertallen6710 10 years ago we were lucky to even survive as a car company. Right after the recession I don't think many people were able to afford a $90,000 Jeep
