31:40 same I know felt like I was truly dying before diagnosis treatment. First doc thought I was too young for the disease and had me on wait and watch I was suffering and he didn't ask a lot of questions that would have prompted tge bmb sooner. He waited until the labs were undeniable that he had to look. Actually said you are going to be the death of me when bmb was positive. It was a terrible time. I had to beg to go part time at work during the wait and wat h and they wouldn't grant it until the results were positive. Said oh? I guess you are tired. 😢 I was struggling hard. I am sure I had a couple of tias, once bent over to look at products on a shelf and couldn't stand straight fir several seconds I tried and was scared but finally was able another time I almost passed out turning my head and had trouble speaking. Should have called 911 but I fled home. I didn't know what was happening to me. I was too young at the time so I was told and thought I was just being anxious. Excersize, diet. I do functional fitness and took a while but feel so much better. Before treatment just walking after work was torture but after starting hydroxurea had the energy just enough to see how weak and actually overweight I had become over the years of symptoms. Of fatigue, pain from eryromyalgia in my feet. Shortness of breath. Gotta stay hydrated, float and flow them as I say it. Gotta stay moving though it's so very hard to start, but you know you feel a bit better as time goes on. It's so so important to move when you don't feel like it. You stop waking up with the pain and tingles.but it took a very patient coach to help me. I would like to see more research on stress. And the cytokins and inability to lose weight becaitse your body is so stress abd inflammed , cause pre dx some of us are barley making it. Pushing like we are running through mud all the time. Riding a bike hurt. You can feel the blood trying to push, though, and muscles ache to get it until you are finally treated and things start to get better. You just know you have to move, but it is so hard. Earlier detection for qol is needed. The docs away from the centers need to look sooner not just huh you are too young for that. Let's just wait (while on estrogen at the time so thats scary) but get the info out there. My family suffered with me. I had two kId's tgst needed thier mom and thier dad needed his wife. In fact he went to my pcp at the time and said figure this out I want my wife back. After the fatigue was Foo food for so long. All different amazing docs now. One is a specialist But it was a struggle to get here. Brian fog has been a biggie, probably biggest hurdle. It's a struggle, not even 50 yet
