Very interesting fact about açaí. My friends family picks açaí in Brazil for a living and have an açaí delivery side hustle. When they pick açaí berries, they don’t freeze them as often but in fact, hang them inside the refrigerator like a hanging fruit to simulate them still being hanged on the tree. And some how that prevents them from spoiling faster. Not sure of the science behind it but they have been doing this for 40 years.
29:30 in regards to Tucker's skill... Tucker being the cameraman and editor for a particular era of 10 Minute Power Hour helps make that era my favorite of the several years its been going
The only redeeming quality of power hour was the editing. Ive only seen the era when the smegma boys edited and guest starred, even then i skipped out on most of it. It was just too try hard
The best thing about the current 10MPH is how they started censoring it just to lock the uncensoried version behind a Patreon paywall after they made a dogshit Patreon that was failing because they had no good rewards. They literally went full dystopian corporate overlords and created a problem just so they could offer the solution to the problem at a price. I still watch the show because other than that vile blight it's still a fun show, but on every one I watch I comment by taking them to task for it. They don't even need to do it anymore because now their Patreon has fun stuff on it, and yet still they go full on cynical mercenary on their audience.
I remember when the family guy sketch came out and i showed it to my girlfriend who went to the george clanton show in seattle with me and she asked "is this real?" And i said yes and then like 2 seconds later it shows "Officer George Clanton" on screen lmao
the attention to detail on the stewart pecan sketch was super cool, really interesting to hear how much effort went into specifically mirroring the aesthetics of VHS, bodycam, and JCS stuff, so excited for the next one
as a Brazilian it's so funny to me hearing them talk about how açaí isn't real lmao it originally it was eaten with fish and farofa and the taste in the original place of growth is very different apparently. Also fun fact: açaí can have Chagas disease if not made properly because the Chagas beetle loves açaí and sometimes it's crushed with the berries during the proccess

Just a heads up about açaí, it's not a sweet berry. In the north and northeast regions of Brazil, açaí its consumed like a pure that goes together with rice and beans. The deserts with açaí are traditionally sweetened with guaraná syrup, but I would guess that in the US it is used a different method.

@supermega @anyone, Video listener here... not to be confused with a video watcher or a audio listener, on one of my many glances over at the new screen I realized that there are two black bars on both sides of my screen. Is the Supermega show being recorded in 4:3 format to fit the aesthetic? Follow up if yes, does this work on a CRT or does the image squeeze?

The Funny Brothers Company is actually legally forbidden to use the words 'tongue tuckers' after they lost the class-action lawsuit following the "Tucker incident" of '94. Grisly stuff, what Tucker did, but he apologized to God afterwards so I fully believe the boys when they said he was innocent.
