seriously, amazing, you guys are all a different caliber . you do some awesome work. i can't even comprehend how you do so much work, maintain a business, while filming, a family, and still have time to get videos edited and up.

Oh, I get it. Putting the ring on the falling piece required more than the available rope, so when the piece approached the ground the short end of the rope whipped up to the safe block and cracked the whip. Brilliant video.
while working for my state forestry commission my boss and i found a pine beatle spot that covered 2.5 acres-we notified the owners of the property-but they drug their feet for 5 months and instead of lossing 2.5 acres they lost 270 acres of old growth long leaf pine trees
Thank you. Late night upload didn't notice the dead space at the end. RU-vid is in the process of editing the dead space out. I didn't even know. Thanks.
i did not mean to be disrespectful. but what about just goin to see Reg im really not laughing but he's got some trees and he's alot closer than Nz ok just do two vidios. one in BC. and one in Nz. i know well still need a Sikorsky this is no chopin drop in someones back yard or Murphin in Flint Town Mi. you want work. I think their for am. MADE FOR THIS. Recently I had a great loss my second brother has passed. He told me never give up. My small business has taken 5 years to get off the ground. The ATeam. Vid is awesome. Some time's. It's. Family. First. Tree brother for life. BIONIC MONKEY BEAVER. MARK MOLINA. PS. A TEAM 2. What about A TEAM 3. Stay well
You are a true artist with your camera and editing. But I have watched your videos for a long time. I'm most impressed with your videos about mr. Beranek. He is a living legend in treework. Guessing he is a great influence on your work as a sawyer/faller. Amazing bunch of people you gathered in this video. keep'em coming!!!
Yer August, join the queue it's getting longer with every new Ace video released, everyone wants a Trophy Tree to take back home, thinking of selling crew seats on ebay :)
+August Hunicke that would be an awesome video! Eucs are no joke. wuld really put it in perspective, for the trophy hunters too 😉 maybe even film some of the prosecutors...
Awesome video! Love it. Where are you located? All your videos are so well edited and produced, very nice! Btw... how do you get away with having music in them? Anytime I try, RU-vid removes it.... Keep up the great work, be safe and take care!
5:09 - the young man on the railing should not have been there; that piece ends up standing up for some freak reason, it's all of a sudden a sketchy spot to be. Of course, I saw it was bein' pulled, and what-not, but still...
Great vid! For gawds sake man, Where were you guys 15 years ago when I was hating my tree job? I now have a new passion for tree climbing with the community you have built! Now I just need to keep in shape haha.
Hey August, looks like you're staying busy. Another great video, love the editing! Not to mention some mighty fine tree work. Great crew right there, looks like you all had a great time gettin' it done. Hope to see ya' again at the EXPO. Keep yourself safe August. Randy & Julie
How many tree were on that job? And how long did it take you fellers? Did they sell the logs to the mill? Looked like several good logs per tree..people from all over the world on that job....smooth operation Fer sure
Incredible work August . . . that's a lot of dead pines, yikes! Love the snap disappearance at the end . . . something I've always fantasized about ; )
Great editing and production. Y'all make it look easy. I'm glad I heard August's sort of "self-deprecating" explanation (in another video) of this video and others like it. Ha, when you are that good you can have a lot of fun with it. Stay safe, sir.
Great video guys, must have taken some time editing that one August. Out of interest what's with all the dead pine trees all in one area? Disease of some sort?? James
experimental rigging, do not attempt! was trying to self lower everything. got to bigger wood & tried to double blocked it, uses twice the rope, made the tail shoot up in the air twice as fast too, cracked me like a bull whip 😵 I was fine, clipped my muff tho
+LawrenceSchultz3000 dont like kewe hang with a moose. August film's studio just remember it's 'feasable 15 saw's two diffrent parts of the planet. ps. black and red most becoming. M
Because you've got half a tonne of log falling that's attached to a snatch block at the top of the tree. Tree goes down and the end of the rope goes up, rather quickly.
Some number I bought from pond five for video production. Generic. Don't know what the name is. I spend many hours searching through various sites looking for the sound I want. 😬
It was a mix I made of 2 versions of "the hunted" and an altogether separate rock/dub piece of "production music" in the middle that I purchased from pond 5.
