And then I found this… The edits, the passion, the respect, the humanity, the professionalism, the understanding, the patience, the strength and then this… The poet. That was awesome!! So many good lines in that poem its hard to pick my favourite. "Your one of a few, through and through, a Doctor and Assassin" "but when I come home, from hard knock schooled my kids hug the smell of exhaust, mixed with cedar" Superb video clip, very well done. I haven't seen all of your videos Gus, but so far this is my favorite. Known you for about twenty ears now; a few of those as your ground man. And this is truly you through and through. Great lyrics however this one really resonates: “An inch is as good as a mile.” haha we had a few "clean your underwear" close ones.

August you are awesome I’ve been watching your videos every night for a year straight. I have not only learned new techniques and rigging but also have helped me perfect stuff that I already knew how to do stuff as simple as speed lining. I don’t have the climbing nor rigging gear that you have. But slowly getting there. One tree at a time. I’m made for this too!! You have also helped my wife see what I do. Thanks would love to come climb with you!! I’m trying to get a go-pro but a new rope comes first lol

Very entertaining to watch. I do not do this kind of work so I appriciate your showing so many camera angles and enough of the ropes to give me an idea of how it is all accomplished. Looks more like fun than work.
EPIC AS ALWAYS MAN!!! on a side note. Ever seen a oak tree struck by lighting that Blew all the bark off the trunk uptoo 75ft away, Split the trunk down the middle and made the top fall out of the tree? That happened here a few days ago. im in the process of cleaning up the trunk now lol.

i was constantly pulled out of the crepe myrtle trees as a little kid by dad who was a tree climber for 30 yrs,haha trying to stop the inevitable I guess. great video august.
