*I Weighed 310 at my highest and 190 and my lowest (lost 120lbs! within 6 months) I had saggy bingo arms tho they werent even bad, **weightlose.fitness** i just lacked muscle and didnt work out. and could easily be toned by working out, which i have been doing and ive seen great results quick. I do have a lil extra pudge on my stomach and plenty of stretchmarks which have faded. Strength training is the best way to go for faster results, better results, and you'll love going to the gym more than if you were to do cardio alone. Do not worry about sagging skin - deal with it when you get there because you'll be way happier at your goal weight with some extra skin compared to where you begin!*
I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. ru-vid.comUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. Thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

Will power is the MOST important thing ever. Without will power, it doesn't matter if you're smart, or if you have the resources to achieve your goals.

David shagger its good to see that idiots really are getting what they want when they pay someone to tell them info they can get for free, Mike chang is perfect for 14 year olds, or those with the mentality of 14 year olds.
I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else is searching for belly fat remove try Panlarko Belly Blueprint Planner (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.
I'm 14, 190, with tons of fat. I need to loose it before it becomes a serious thing. I do lift weights, i bench press 215. I'm going into 9th grade, and i'm sick of looking at myself in the mirror, what's the fastest way to lose weight?
just a small tip for you guys... (1)Metabolism is the body's ability to burn calories. Increasing your metabolism means burning more calories and therefore burning more weight... (2)As you lose weight, you'll need fewer calories, your appetite will shrink, so you won't feel as hungry. Losing weight is about moderation, not deprivation... (3) work out for 30 minutes with an increased heart rate. It will temporarily boost your metabolism and burn calories...(4)An increase in muscle mass will burn more calories... (5)overweight people actually have a faster metabolism than skinnier people. However, if someone is overweight, it means their metabolism isn't fast enough to counteract their caloric intake, leading to weight gain...(6)Drinking plenty of water is good, but ice cold water is even better for increasing metabolism. This is because your body expends extra calories warming the water to your body temperature... (7)Having smaller, more frequent meals instead of larger ones will help limit unhealthy snacking and reduce overeating. Bonus: Eating healthy snacks will also help increase your metabolism
Dudes so jealous of this guy cause he looks like an Adonis. Give respect where it's due. He looks great. Wish I looked that good. I'm working on it though.
Gladly well that is not true imo, i am not saying he is totally right in all of things but he pointing out the obvious and is trying to help people with his videos and help people getting the body that they want...what are you doing?
*Week 4.5:* I started on Monday and finished on Friday. I don't really have much to say this week. Just a few things I've noticed. *1) Sleep is definitely a huge influence for willpower.* Last week I experimented with sleeping at 3am and woke up super tired. This week I went to sleep at 2am and woke up with a TON of energy. My guess behind this is my circadian system caught up with my sleeping pattern and now I can perform a whole lot better than I did last week. *2) A tired brain gives you reason to make excuses.* Last week when I was tired throughout the day, I defaulted to a ton of reasons for why I shouldn't exercise and do other willpower challenges. It was like my brain was begging for relaxation (not sleep) and it's all my brain wanted to do. But that choice never gave me positive results. But what DID give me great results was better sleep. As soon as I started giving myself an extra hour of sleep, my willpower ability went through the roof! I'm definitely going to start taking care of my brain more often. *3) The ability to be consistent comes from sustaining only what you're willing to do, not a perfect day.* When I first started HIIT exercising, I approached it with the mindset of "finish what I start". I literally tapped into all of my willpower channels (will, won't, and want) to squeeze out all of my willpower in 1 hour. After exercising, I was plunging through everything else that day and it just felt exhausting by the time I got to bed. But this week I changed it up to a more sustainable exercise. As a result I now have a lot more energy and even accumulated more energy *"after"* exercising. I now see what Kelly meant when she said to run a marathon and not a sprint. A sprint will only drain you of energy fast, but it's better to use that energy more wisely or your willpower might backfire on you.
***** For the record, I've been using this exercise if anybody wants to know what I'm doing: www.fitnessblender.com/videos/15-minute-total-body-boot-camp
True to 2( a tired brain. Even when you do sports / fitniss you need to relax your mind/brain. So don't think gym relaxes you, it does not. Your brain has to work more. So do also something that relaxes you like going to nature or chilling with family, reading or dancing.. Not hanging out with "negative" friends or family that does not support you in life! This will make your brain tired haha! Something that just relaxes you! You will learn then to build muscle and be fitter. But when you relax also, your body will get more rest! Helped me a lot ..
Alright buddy listen. If guys can stare and naked ladies on playboy magazines and jack off to porn, ladies are entitled to the same thing. Got it? Good.
Mike, you are so right about this. I have dropped 60 pounds in three months staying dedicated to working out and eating healthy and I do still have belly fat but I'm sticking to my guns and going to keep working out.
The way you eat made me physically ill. As a chef, i could never eat that way for a week, let alone a decade! It doesn't have to be so half assed to be healthy! Cook your food, for sure, but cook good food. Having a good relationship with your food letting it give you a simple daily pleasure is so important for your overall health. Food is not just fuel dude, it's one of the best things in life.
+imakefoodhappen - While I entirely agree with you from a chef standpoint (I have dated one before) - from an athlete standpoint I had to eat around 4500 calories a day when I played ball in college. I did it for the first two years and I absolutely hate food for the most part. I see macro nutrients that is about it. I'm sure quite a few people in the fitness world are the same way.
high risk? not at all. I mean I ate raw eggs for years only to find out that they are "high risk" for salmonella... riiiiiiight. If you have a good gut you'll be fine :D those ex-claimers are usually only for immunocompromised or diabetics and things like that.
Mister K LOL. In all seriousness willpower and motivation are overrated. Taking action and making good habits are the key to losing weight. I know you were only joking but you don't know how often I hear "How do I get motivated?" - You don't need motivation, you need a solid diet and you need to take action, that's how you get results. If you're unsure about the diet side of things, check out: *3weekfatburn.net* To anyone thinking "I'll start tomorrow" - Don't. Start today. Even if it means taking baby steps e.g. Going for a walk outside. Just take some action and eventually you will create good habits. Don't let your mind get in the way of the body you want.
Jamie Way But don't you need willpower to stick to the solid diet you have made. Taking action is not enough if two weeks later u find yourself where you started.
Jamie Way I love how you try to act smart by saying you don't need willpower but you conpletely contradict yourself by saying you need a solid diet instead when that REQUIRES willpower...
I'm starting today I planned on making a change I use to workout for 9 years took a year break got into drinking alcohol everyday went through a bad depression today's the day I'm making a change I'm going to the gym you saved me on these tips thank you so much!
I lost 35 pounds over the course of 4 months . But I do think my eating habits are holding me back . I'm done I'm starting over . Time to go back to small portion protean/fiber meals . I'm going to workout twice as hard .
i work out hard diet harder and train the hardest went from 217lbs to 164lbs lost loads of fat now im carrying onto shred and bulding loads of muscle i also lost that weight in about 2-3monts
This guy is so inspirining and he has changed my body so much I used to be really fat and now I have a six pack and I am really strong in my stomach and I don't have body fat you. If you listen and do what he says it works such a good person. Thankyou
Thank you so much Mike. Now i got. After all these years. What u said is what i needed. Muscles burn fat, the more muscles the more fat u burn! Great video Liu Kang. Lol. Ps i think they should let u be Liu Kang if they come out with a Mortal Kombat movie. Just saying...
Thank you for the video! I'm actually reading the new Ricky Dawson's report "The 7 Golden Tips" . It also contains a lot of valuable information on how to lose belly fat . Again thank you for inspiring me!
This guy didn't say much about cardio I'm surprised. Those guys you are talking about have bulked to much. They don't care to do cardio every week or cut calories to cut body fat. They would also lose some mass and strength too which they don't want.
Gaining muscle isn't actually gonna make you lose weight guys, it will help you lose tons of inches but not actual pounds because muscle weighs more than fat so if you are gaining muscle but not losing weight don't dogg yourself for not losing weight, unless you aren't gaining muscle.
br0hamus idiot, why are you measuring it in weight instead of volume. 1 square inch of muscle weighs more than 1 square inch of fat. Muscle is more dense so it doesn't take up as much room as fat. That's what everyone is saying.
Hey dude! Been a fan for awhile. You had a great video I can’t find anymore. It was a dumbbell workout for the chest and arms. At the end you had the workout list on a dry erase board. This particular video got me in shape. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
workout 4-5 times a week. 45 minutes a time. Pre cooking meals for a whole week. I'm taking a wild guess this guy doesn't have kids. Being ripped is pretty easy when the only person and schedule you think about all day is yourself.
You can not decide where to burn fat, the body gets rid of it from all around and only your genetics specify where the most goes from. This video is BS.
When you work on your legs and are working on a single group (example: leg ext.) to incorporate "compound group" of muscles squeeze your abs along with each rep. If you haven't - try it and you'll know what I am talking about. Its great!
He does. But its ALL important information. It's all worth it thats what I like about it, next time actually read the time limit on RU-vid videos, its not his fault.
I don't really agree with the 30 seconds between sets. It depends on what your goals are. If you are looking to build strength 2-4 minutes between sets for compound movements, 1-2 minutes for isolated movements. 30 seconds between sets is fatigue training over strength.
I lost my willpower because I was doing almost 60 hour work weeks for a few months straight. Now things are looking up. And I'm not so god awful tired all day, day in day out. LETS DO IT
MIKE!!!! Bro, i watched some of your dieting vids and workout vids a year and a half ago when i weighed 360. Im at 261.6 lbs now thanks to you! God bless you dude!
Hi guys, i'm 14 years old, not big at all but i have a lot of belly fat. The bad food always convinces me to eat and then i feel bad.. What is advice for me to do besides eating healthy? What excersises can i do? I have some pretty nice muscles for a 14 years old and i can do 25 max pushups but only 3 pullups
Yes i do six pack excersises already. But my motivation sucks, ya know ;/ if i see something that is nice to eat (most of the times bad for you) i cannot recist it. Idk wtf is weong with me. I want to have a six pack so bad, but i just dont have the motivation at some times.. Does anyone know how i can eat something healthy that is still good for kids, cause my mom says bread is ok in the morning and that i need it :S
I've made this scedule now : please let me know what you think of it ; - 3 glasses of green tea each day. - 1 aple and 1 nectarine each day. - 4/5 slices wheat bread with peanutbutter in the morning and cheese in the eveninf. - 3 glasses water each day ( more if possible ). - any kind of healthy and unsalted nuts. - in place of candy, i will take some dried apricots or a fig. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP UR A GOOD PERSON
hey, i am 14 aswell about to get 15... i have been working out for about a half year now, i almost got a sixpack now. Yes i know it is really hard there is nothing wrong with you. You shouldn't eat wheat bread (white bread) that's only alot of calories and nothing really good. eat dark break made from different seeds. (I am sorry for my bad English) But once your away from the junk food and sugar, it is easy. You just don't get the feeling that you need it and want it all the time. It can be really hard to get away from that and easy to get back to it. But if you want something, for example ice cream just take a carrot or something like that! I am able to do 50pushups and 13pullups max, starting to be pretty happy about my body :) Just keep on going!! You can make it! I am also low on motivation sometimes but i just start working out. When i once started working out i don't feel for stopping :D And whenever you want some bad food, wait some secounds and think, just think that it is one step further away from your dream body and you don't get anything good out of it. I hope i was to help, just ask me if there is something more :) And i am not like professional so don't expect any professional answears xD
I'm 175 lbs at 13. I want to know how to drop a few pounds, but have a lot of muscle. I have very low willpower. I'm not gonna lie, I'm very lazy. I have no excuse. I'm just way too lazy. Since I'm 13, I can't get a job to get money to buy weights or get a gym membership. Do any of you know a way to help me? (I didn't come here to get discriminated. I came here for answers, so please don't lower my confidence.)
Yeah, there are tons of exercises that just use your body weight and gravity. You could also get some resistance bands instead of weights if you can't afford weights or make it to a gym.
Hey I'm in the same situation. I'm 16 tho and 175. What would work the best for you is to either cut down on junk food or just burn off more calories then you take in. Go on runs daily even if you can't run very long do something like jogging for a minute then walk 20 seconds until you can stay at a continuous jog/run
Well I think for starters you need to do something about your lazyness. There are always workouts to be done without paying money. Home workouts for example. But it is your lazyness that's in your way.. You can't get anything done if you don't put effort in it. Actually that's with a lot of things in life. If you want to get more active, start doing things on your own.. Stop those people who are doing everything for you.. like making breakfast or cleaning your room.. if you do all that stuff you will get more confident in doing things by yourself. Think about it :)
