Ah, the AC-AR, the gun that I physically cannot put down alongside the VSK in my EDC on Breakpoint XD. Easily my favorite guns from Motherland alongside the SR-3M Tactical.

ACR Assault is better. It has the same 32 damage as AC-AR, but uses 5.56 ammo, and it has the highest mobility and furthest range combination of all of the assault rifles. Keep buying it until you get one with perks that offer 30% mobility and 30% range (very important). You will be able to walk insanely fast while aiming. You can literally walk faster than a slow jog. It will give you a huge tactical advantage. Equip the Digital Sight and remember to zoom it twice for longe range kills. Equip the Range Finder rail to maximize the full potential of the already long range ability that the weapon offers. Equip the Underbarrel Grenade Launcher so you can take out a jeep or chopper fast. Use the "Close and Personal" perk for an additional +10 mobility and 15% reload speed. Don't use an extended magazine. Just use a 30 round magazine so you can take advantage of its extremely fast reload speed, you'll never have to worry about getting killed while reloading if you conserve your ammo and don't spray. Use the "Burst Forth" perk to increase your overall movement speed by 10% as well, it will also give you a stamina regen speed increase of 50%. Use the Ballistic Advantage perk for +60% range and +30 handling, you will never need a sniper rifle, and all your bullets will land right where you aim at very far distances. Most players have no idea what mobilty does in the game, and those that do - they don't understand the importance of it or how to maximize their mobility and reap its benefits. Range is equally as important as mobility. You need to be able to move fast while aiming down sight, and you need to hit enemy at all ranges without having to worry about compensating for long distance bullet drop. Equip the AC-AR as a secondary rifle and compare. They are very similar in performance. Your secondary weapon should really be a much heavier 7.62 weapon. I suggest using the MG121 machinegun, it reloads faster than the other MGs and has great stability. Keep buying it until you get one with a +10% reload speed perk and a+30 range perk (very important). Equip the SLX5 Sight, ATPILx3 rail, Grip Pod, and Flash Hider attachments, you be able to snipe enemy very accurately from far away with very minimal horizontal recoil or bullet spread. All the other MGs suck in my opinion. Also, make sure to update your Weapon Mastery Upgrades and apply all of the upgrades for the machinegun tree, otherwise the machinegun will perform poorly.

I haven't tried the AC-AR, but would love to see you compare it to the MK17 shorty (does a bit more damage).

Unifying sniper rifle ammo with .338 Lapua is one thing, but I can't wrap my head around when the wrong bullet caliber being put into the wrong gun as there are both the right and the close one to be chosen such as Honey Badger (5.56mm) or AS VAL and VSS Vintorez (SR-3M and its variants, both chambered 9mm) firing 7.62mm. And in this case, how come the gun firing 7.62mm chambers 5.56mm while having AK mag attached.

Just jumped back into the game. Was level 78 so restarted Motherland. Now at 80 so will grab this gun and take it for a test drive. Enjoying being back😎

You are defo expert at this game mate. But are you playing on expert level? Also some of your pistol shots are near impossible without aim assist on, are you using it?

4-AC, more accurate, higher rate of fire, same recoil, gets 100 rounds with extended mag. That's why I prefer it.

there is no recoil on any AR in breakpoint... apreciate using gun without silencer, cause with it its just "pew pew pew" super unrealistic (only thing which makes silencers little bit better is Spartan mode)
