When They open to this , the intro starts and you can feel everybody in the crowd getting anxious. Even people who are 20 feet behind the pit are still waiting for something dangerous to happen . When you make your way to the pit . You don’t even have to push anybody aside. you kinda just tap their arm and let them know you’re going through , they let you go by gladly, because they don’t want to be pushed any closer. I probably seen this band about 10 times over the years. It is an experience for sure .

The thing i love about TAS is even though each new album is pretty similar to their last, each one has its own feel and always delivers. I've never been disappointed by them

The intro sample was used in the end of Abigail Williams's Conqueror Wyrm on the Legend EP. I love how I'm not the only one who remembers it from Abigail Williams. Though I never thought I'd hear again. Anyone know where that sample came from?

It hits me hard when Vincent says i close my eyes and pretend to sleep because iremember my mom's boyfriend fucking my mom up when I was a kid and literally closing my eyes pretending to sleep. When I turned 13 he went after her again and i hated him to much to be afraid of him anymore. I put him in a choke hold until I thought he was dead. He went to jail and my mom finally left him. I will be at the acacia strain show in mkees rocks Pittsburgh in October. I fucking cant wate. This is my all time favorite band. Since i was like 16. Im 32 now. I never got to see them. I might just fucking cry at this show.

I fucking LOVE this song. If this album was just the first few minutes of this song repeated over and over...well, that would get a little old, I guess...but it's definitely my favorite off this album. The rest of it is...a mixture of good to "meeh". I like some of the songs more than others, but a lot of it is just filler. A lot of the songs sound pretty similar, or are VERY similar in structure. And that 20 minute "EPIC" song at the end is not at ALL epic. It's just a very slow paced collection of riffs, and is chock-full of samples, with no real music over it. That's the only one that I skipped on. Overall, it's worth jamming out to, for me anyway. It's not for every Acacia Strain fan, and I can understand why, it leans towards the newer TAS sound. I'll leave it at that, take it for what it's worth.
