The Acacia's Strains style actually rests somewhere in the middle between the two genres whether it's deathcore, metal core, or metallic hardcore. I love this cover and the original! TAS cover is like super angry and Black Sabbath's is like more powerful (I don't know how else to say it lol).. both great in my opinion, yet originals are almost always better..

Disagree. The same "organic natural sound that BS" has can actually parallel to the works of TAS. Every TAS album sounds like a TAS album, and not just bc of Vincent being the only surviving member. A lot of TAS's stuff especially most recently is just being long, droning, and heavy, for the sake of itself. I think that fits this particular BS track very fittingly, as everyone knows as soon as this BS track starts wailing, it is gunna be awhile. You get the same feeling with middle and recent TAS works like House of Abandon, Observerer, Cold Gloom, which were all post Wormwood tracks. Ironically, their debut is titled ..And Life Is Very Long, but now only recently are we seeing the songs getting longer and slower. Maybe it is the best musical long con of all time!

That "raw" and "organic" sound you're talking about is shitty outdated recording equipment almost 50 years old. So get your head out of your ass/the past, and realize that old "rock and roll" bullshit is dead and I'll thank a God I don't even believe in for that because rock music was so fucking awful during its inception in the 70's and 80's.
