Amtrak rolling stock for Train Sim Classic have been stepping up recently, in the form of not only 3rd party pay for content, but mods as well.
This time in the form of the renowned Siemens ACS-64 for Amtrak, a near complete re-work of this thing literally... save for the model itself.... and it's gooooooood

I appreciate the thorough review! Always awesome to see our work up on your channel! I have to admit, I've had this mod "in the garage" for literally years, and have wanted to make this pack very immersive with new buttons and features. This way of thinking followed with my tons of other mods (like 5 others) so I got very stressed and lost motivation. Recently, I've toned down the expectations so now I'm just trying to release these "garage kept" mods in an acceptably good state, so I admit some parts are sort of unpolished. I do have some other enhancements down the line though so stay tuned!

Its a fantastic pack, i immediately got a renewed vigor for the game today with it. Imo one of the top 10 in-depth enhancements for NA stock in TSC

I love your pack brother I cannot figure out why it crashes I have tryed installing with basics and with mods and it crashes maybe somthing I am doing wrong ?

the nose view at 23:17 very much reminds me of how in MSTS you could press SHIFT+1 to not see the cab controls.

I just got it, it’s awesome. However when I’m inside the cab I get both inside and outside sounds. For example, if I play the bell sound, I get both inside and out. Any idea on how to fix that?

After loading a career scenario with the enhanced ACS-64 locomotive, I can't adjust the throttle or brakes with the keyboard controls. I have also installed the amfleet enhancement mod. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but I think this may have something to do with the version of train, either AI or player being used in career scenarios. This mod seems to work in a quick drive scenario but not in a career scenario. I have to figure out how to swap out consists

player and AI versions are no longer used. this mod is completely different from the old pack. you need to remove the old mod first.
