Problem, if the weed root is not REMOVED it will grow again, guaranteed.

Thanks for your comment, but I don't find that to be the case when using the action hoe clover and other shallow rooted weeds don't come back. One exception would be dandelions because they have a long tap Root but typically no matter what it breaks off even when you pull it out with your hand. So that may come back no matter what you do.

They come back once or twice but they will eventually die. It's so easy to do I just go over all my beds once a week after my plants sprout up until everything is established, then I switch to doing it once every 2-3 weeks. Technically you are correct but it really doesn't make a difference. 👍
