Hello, Sir i am 1 st year BAMS student. Sir gandusha ki sahi vidhi and benefits astang harday sutrasthan 22 adhyay me bataya gya hai. Usme bataya hai ki gandush sirf oil se nhi milk, ghee and other mixture of medicine se bhi hota hai. Or iss chapter me gandush ko sirf mouth throat and eye ke beneficial bataya hai or wo bhi tab jab aap medicated oil, milk, ghee etc ka use karte hai gandush ke lie, and regular besis pe use karte hai. Not sure what was posted on Fittuber . I am here to explain the benefits I have received from oil pulling. A year back I had found there was a huge accumulation of Tatar around my wisdom teeth and others as well. And had been a dentist and he suggested a x-ray and I did it as well. He suggested let's do mouth cleaning after a week to remove the Tatar and he warned that my gums are receding as well. I have explained it to one of my friends who studied medicine and is currently working in Australia. He just said , I am not a dentist but I suggest you try oil pulling regularly in the morning and see the results. I did for a month and I could witness remarkable changes . To confirm this I had my mouth x-ray done and checked with one more dentist to compare the results( I didn't tell her that currently I am doing oil pulling) . She said , it looks like you had corrected your oral hygiene , I could see a huge difference between these two x-rays. Continue the same and no need to remove Tatar looks like it is healing. Oil pulling is not directly related to other health benefits however oral hygiene have significant impact on other health conditions . It won't do magic however there are significant benefits. Along with my oral health ,I have noticed significant changes in my gut health as well. Not sure it works for all. But oil pulling has benefits on oral health if we do it in the right way.

Everything has pros and cons.. even excessive water intake is also harmful. I am so new to oil pulling and am gathering all the knowledge I could get before starting it.. Very well put sir.. 3-4 years back i strtd using oil pulling cz i hav read somewhere tht it helps in improving eyesight n thickening of hair😂😎 but tbh aftr 2-3 months i realised it did nothing for skin eyes n hair but my oral health actually gets tremendous.. Aftr 7-8 months i feel it evn reduce teeth sensitivity to great extent.. If any1 wants to add this practice to thr regular dental routine its surely gr8

Boss, thank you for this video. To the large extent you are right. People are unnecessarily, exaggerating, unproven, benefit of Ayurvedic technique. One point of disagreement is that your oral health is linked with a lot of chronic conditions in your body, so by maintaining a good oral hygiene in a way you are Taking a step towards preventing those chronic diseases even including cancers. I agree that just by doing oil pulling you’re not going to fix anything but by doing oil pulling regularly you will maintain good health which helps you avoid other chronic conditions. Thanks.

Me aur mera chota bhai, we both feel the same way that "why people in india are so stupid, " why they blindly trust anybody and whatever he says." Jab pehli baar aapki videos dekhna shuru kiya i thought chlo koi to hai jo mere jaisi soch rakhta hai aur jisne channel bhi shuru kiya. Mujhe boht achha lagta hai jab aap har chiz ke piche ki science btate ho kyunki mujhe bhi in chizo ko jaan ne ki curiosity rehti hai me khud padhta rehta hu videos dekhta hu. Pr pta nhi kyu log abhi bhi bevakoof kyu hai mene oil pulling waali baaki fit tuber vgera ki videos dekhi log itne bevakoof hai itne chutiyan hai ki unko samajh nhi aata muh me oil gargle karne se body detoxify kaise ho jaegi. Aisa hai to coconut oil ko sir me kyu lgate ho use pee jaao saari ki saari bimariyan hi dur ho jaegi.

I still don't understand how people can follow fittuber and beer biceps blindly. They have no expertise in this. There are doctors like Neal Barnard, William Li, Michael greger to follow who speaks on research based evidence.
