The ACTUAL Worst Episode of The Office 

Never found Jim's response to be abusive. As you said, it is really stupid that she couldn't hit a record button on the cellphone, he has every right to be mad without beeing labeled as "abusive". Calling man abusers for having emotions is really fucked up imo

I don’t think Jim is being abusive in this episode he’s being a bit unreasonable due to stress but it’s hardly what I would call abusive. Abuse is usually a pattern of mistreatment not a sudden outburst brought about by stress.

I love watching them gight cause after they got together they became so smug and condescending... Always acting like yhey were better than everyone else and more important than everyone else .

I don't think you can really say Jim comes off as "abusive" when getting in a fight with Pam on the phone. Couples have arguments. Married people lose their tempers. Families, friends, and roommates all occasionally take out their stress on the people they're close to without it being abusive. Struggling to find an investor while being separated from his family could definitely push someone without a lot of experience dealing with those circumstances to snap. Honestly, I think Jim and Pam both come off as unsympathetic in that episode - not unrealistic, but unsympathetic.
