Get ready to grab your fingers! The Addams family is back on the big screen in the first animated comedy about this creepy and crazy clan. You may think your family is funny, but the fancy, bizarre, and completely iconic Addams families will make you think again. This time the family is preparing for a big party and expects more members of the family clan. However, a greedy TV presenter wants to collect information about the Addams family, whereas the family tries to fight back together.

Considering the adams family goes back to 1938 and hotel transylvania was written and made in the 2000's id say this was definetly not a ripoff even in character design.
