Growing up In DEEP snow in Minnesota I can’t tell you how much I have enjoyed your videos! Takes me back 50 yrs to when we had snow and blizzards up to our butts. Cleaning off the roofs in sub-zero weather that came after the deep snows, I’d completely forgotten about. Still have family there and with the weather changing, a blizzard is now very rare. You all work so extremely hard in brutal conditions! I would hire your company in a heartbeat. Great work ethics. You are a wonderful example to the hardworking men that work for you and have a even temperament in management. And simply adore those dogs. Thanks for sharing with us all your experiences in Mammoth!

I was watching some EU countries use of new snow melting/removal equipment at airports and other travel areas. Quite expensive equipment, but worth the time to view as you might get some more ideas that will help you fellas out. Windy tomorrow. I will hit the comment key after I see what's for dinner. Our loader snowblower is powered by it's own Duetz diesel. It ROCKS AND ROLLS! Makes life better in deep snow.

These videos are hard to believe. Absolutely amazing. Please Please this summer, (if it all melts.....) Please make another video following every footstep of this video. A side by side comparison, a before and after, a then and now. I cant wait! This is just crazy, I can't imagine having to deal with snow much less this much!

I read a post that said the all time season record for mammoth lakes area was 668" and the current snow total is 646" .. so 28" to tie 29" to break it...

You must have some Snow Load regulations on Roofs up on the Mountain. Back in Eastern Ontario we would have a lot of collapsed Roofs if we had that much Snow. I hope you get a slow melt. Keep up the great work.

I know this video was from a while ago.. ( I’ve seen prob 99% of em.. guess I missed this one .) but I really like how you described the parking lot with the little blade , and how you made the wind row so he could throw it up easy, and you gained 2-3 ft more space. Anytime you could throw in more technical info like that on your Upcoming videos, I think it would be cool for us that don’t have your construction/ snow plow expertise! Thanks !!

I keep seeing these articles that state “Sierra Snowpack will be a thing of the past in 20 years”. I’m up here in South Lake Tahoe where homes are being crushed by snowpack.

I thought u guys had it bad but your neighbor far away crestline holy cow they called in national guard for help .that snow u guys get it’s crazy . Here in Ohio we got some cold days causing fuel in skid loaders to freeze up . But we haven’t had crap for snow . My older bro said nice going I get new snow tires for truck and it doesn’t snow lol. He plows for his work doing streets . He’s pretty awesome brother too helps me with stuff like doing brake pads on truck . He taught his kid how to weld which is great. I can’t weld worth a crap lol . How much firewood you use ? . I sell firewood here in Ohio. Did I mention I live on farm . I hope you get tires delt with . Nice seeing your son help or work with ya . Have you tried installing big broom brush heads on the tracker to keep the snow out of getting into that slot for the tractor? Idk, just a thought. Keep up the great vids!

Your snow removal equipment looks like toys when dealing with this mountain of snow. Good luck on digging out and cleaning up. Does no one in the area have a larue type snowblower to throw on the front of your 724 wheel loader?

You can put some pipe insulation foam tubes around the hoses

3:49...My brother said I wonder if he could tack weld an open channel square pipe over those, Just enough to just give the hose and fittings some protection but easy enough to grind off if you needed to remove them for maintainance.

Need to rig up a landscape vibrating/compactor with spikes on the bottom. Sure would beat hand sledging ice pack.

Tell your neighbors to cut down small trees to use for support beams if they don't want use your storm shelter for protection

Why do you run wheels with chains vs. tracks on your skids steers?

TIme to get/make a machine that make compacted and large snow bricks to make high enough walls around houses.

If you spray that smaller blade with wd 40 it will shed the wet snow for quite a while.

Question on your service. Is this a special service that the home owners and business obtain for this special snow event or is this a yearly maintenance service that they all pay?

This area has had 50+ feet of snow this year.......but where is it? 50 feet would bury most of the buildings. Loaders and blowers pile snow 15 - 20 feet, which is huge, but it's nowhere near 50. Where is the 50 feet of snow? Starting at around 10:00.....where's the 50 feet of snow?
