If you want these type of fireworks, stay outta trouble, learn about the laws and safety then apply for your pyrotechnics license when or if you are old enough then you can buy professional 1.3G fireworks. You won't find these at a regular firework stand unless the seller is breaking the law selling 1.3G without a license to someone without a license. Plus having your pyrotechnic license has many and much fun uses (depending on the state and laws.)
