i think air in positive side manifests as having gracefulness in bodily movement and flair in the manner of talking... but this flambouyance is sometimes overdo :-) i wonder if air element rules the world of fashion? pls answer my curiousity, sir..

A message for Jose Ae. For some reason I cant comment on your posts. About the traditions where the Air comes first. I think we can learn lots from them! I believe these traditions are more inwards focused so they tend to use the elements in the order that they exist in a fire or in life rather than in the order of the states of matter as in the outer elements.

I’m air element/Gemini. Though I agree I once had almost all of air’s attributes but I recently did a test to see what element I am and got water (just a point away from earth). Who knows maybe I’m the avatar! 😝
Sir Martin, I always have this breathing problem.. i have rhinitis and sensitive to smells... i am also sensitive to cold air, in the early morning i have to put scarf over my head bec when i catch cold air i will be sneezing.. i tried several times to practice pranayama but my nose is always stuffed i cant perform them.. what does this say about the element air in my body? will deep breathing help? thank u sir Martin... ♡
Hey Martin, this question has been bugging me a little while now; What practical purpose is there in inhaling Elemental energy for magick and mysticism? Besides the fact that you "gain equilibrium" when your body has the right elements in the right places, why should I ever inhale fire or air energy after I master the practice of it? With qi, (basic vital energy, as Bardon would put it) you can use one method for a myriad of things. The use of Elemental energy seems very specific and somewhat arbitrary as well. I may have misread something in IIH or didn't read far enough, and missed this, but I see no reason to inhale fire energy except on a cold winters day.

I think so.. :) So this is just a inappropriate question. I had a beautiful vision a flexible method. This is all because I was trying bulid a soul mirror on the characteristics of the chinese elements. This was a mind trap. wood and metal corespond to air. if you imagine air as a mix between fire and water, then wood is the air closest to water and metal the air closest to fire. but this are just correlations , wood has some earth attributes aswell.
yes i was thinking about connection of metal and air (because of lungs), but metal and wood seems to me more earthly. My conclusions to your answer are: there are 4 elements fire, water, air (metal, wood), and the earth binding these 3. Of course borders between them are not so obvious.
Franky Furbo the 4 elements describe your astral make up. the 5 elements your physical make up more. so going to specifics of organ energetics. think of the 4 elements a being the mental elements or top of head flows and discovered by an air scientist. hence the 4 elements are pretty much divide everything into 4 corners or sides and you get the 4 elements -logic of air. the 5 elements are the body's elements, the physical forces, bottom of the feet forces. discovered more through analysis which in part is made much easier through development of internal energies which expose these currents. think of them as being discovered by an earth element scientists.
I believe that those who experience a dominance of the element Air drink a lot, because they talk a lot, and that makes their mouths run dry :D.
