Great show! I’m attempting to solve my comic problems by inviting the staff of my LCS over to raid my PC while playing D&D (one shot). Hoping the owner brings $$ and staff has fun.
Great stream, Ricky and guests. Sorry I missed it live, but it was family movie night. And by family movie night, I mean I was drinking whiskey and playing video games. #familyvalues
I read 5 to 10 comics a week sometimes more. But I look at tons of covers. I get my short boxes out and just flip through them looking at the covers I enjoy that as much as reading them. Plus I look at comic book creators on RU-vid and their books and my comic shop covers. I have a whole bunch of stuff I'm intending to read like my midnight sons run and my fables storyline I just presented and it's my plan to start with my Captain America 100 and the read the whole series Volume 1 that was my retirement plan I've been retired 10 years I've only read a handful of those so far. I think the problem is I keep buying stuff and it stacks up and then I got to reorganize it and stuff gets lost in the shuffle no matter how cool it is. When I was teaching I looked forward to new comic book day and I go to the shop and decompress from work and get my pulls and whatever back issues I picked up and I go straight home and read to bedtime things are probably easier when you have more of a schedule in your life.
