What an ALL AMERICAN GIRLS team you had in Miami this past weekend. I am SUPER PROUD of what you AWESOME ladies did in Miami this past weekend .I was cheering for you girls when they showed you on the world feed. After watching this AWESOME team this past weekend, you girls gave me motivation to help me be ready to compete in just a couple weeks time.
Great video. Loved the commentary, video quality, editing… the ending with the lifting event and the music in the background was really cool. Love the channel and all the videos with lifting tips from Pat in other videos, there always a big help!

I’m a big fan of you and Pat and always excited to watch you in competitions. This looked like so much fun with a great group of ladies! My wonder/ question is about your workout wardrobe. Specifically, how you chose what to wear, sizing and fit. You always look great, covered and comfortable. I struggle with bottoms/ leggins, what’s your strategy when buying your gear and what’s important to you? Any tips and tricks to sizing or what to avoid?
Hi! Well thank you very much! I always make sure to compete in clothes I am comfortable in! I rarely wear something brand new on the floor because I like to make sure I know how it fits and moves when I am working out. My go to is the high rise matte bottoms from NOBULL in the tights or 6in shorts. The high rise for me with the longer short is really comfortable and gets perfect! As far as tanks and bras I wear a small and just make sure I test them out ahead of time! I hope that helps!

YES! LMNT got me through the summer training for the games and I rarely go anywhere without it in my bag. I hope you Love it! Patrick (my husband) does all the filming and editing and also chooses all the music for all our content!! He does an awesome job ... the song was one we really liked called "worth wondering"

Congratulations. I would love to hear yours/Pat's feedback on the difference between what was said during the briefings and how it did/didn't match up with what the viewers saw with the judging. I'm sure you've seen the coverage and questions raised by the announcers and/or those who follow the sport (RU-vid). I won't point out specific athletes because we all saw what happened, but do athletes comment to the organizers (in this case, Wodapoloza) about how standards are met/not met by some competitors? This also isn't a criticism of judges, per se, because I know it can be tough. However, failing to hold everyone accountable nearly all of the time can cost a team/individual a chance to make the podium, which we saw happen this past weekend. TIA
