This is the fourth Kugoo electric scooter that I review on the channel and there are a lot of improvements notable compared to the early models. It all falls apart have to carry an ellen key but then again am really rough with it, only lasted 2 months. The rivet on the side when bends popped out which bent it right off. Brought a vsett and am happy with that. Still good for a starters escooter though heaps fun. PS to be fair was scooting a skate bowl and fountain (when it stops, was fun scooting through it🤦‍♂️)

You need to do more E-Scooters reviews. Something with the Inokim OX, Mantis etc. Especially when they are becoming so popular in Bulgaria and in general.

I've had this scooter a few weeks now. I like it. It's slightly slower uphill than the S1 Pro - but that makes sense since it is slightly heavier. I weight 78kg and get a 14km range in MODE 3. Again this is slightly less than I got on the S1 Pro, but the weather is very cold at the moment.

That's not to bad, my Xiaomi 1s done 4.8 miles and had 62 percent remaining, s mode 75kg, but that was in cold UK weather recently and my tyres were way to soft aswell, you will suffer on range because of those solid tyres, but not bad considering the price, it's reliability I'm more concerned with on these cheaper brands.

Има ли вариант да се спре досадното бибиткате при оставащи 25 % батерия ? Има функция Cruise control , четирикратно натискане на левия бутон , след като символът се появи и мига - трябва да поддържате желана скорост за около 10 сек , след което тя се поема автоматично и продължава сама.

Just curious did you use the 360 camera for the tracking shots? Especially the low ones.

A 360-degree camera is used for the side shots and the part showing the suspension. The low shots are filmed with a GoPro camera.

Some sort of weird looseness has come up on mine, I can kind of push the front section forward and back a little by moving the handlebars forward and back as it's stationary, worrying

no cruise control is a big disadvantage, i have it on my mi scooter and i use it quite a lot, otherwise for that price it looks like good deal, but i am not sure if I would pick this over mi scooter

I also love the cruise control feature! Looks like such an option will soon be unavailable for scooters in EU. Heard that Xiaomi are pushing a firmware update which will disable it....

Thank you, Michael for all your videos! Helps a lot selecting between scooters. What I wanted to ask you: can you please confirm is this scooter (S1 Plus) is a better choice than 'S1Pro' or 'Kirin S1 Pro'? And secondly can you please confirm it has - better suspensions and - breaking systems than the 'S1Pro' or 'S1 Kirin Pro'? Basically we need a reliable solution for a daily 2x3 kms range. The scooter has to be lightweight, to carry easily on train as well and for a quick shopping. But the maximum range or maximum speed is not an important factor. Thank you for your help!!!

Hey Ivan, thanks a lot for the comment. Honestly, my favorite amnong the Kugoo products, is the S4. For the distance you need to cover, even an older Mi Scooter will do great. If you are interested in the S1 series - I think the newer Pro is a little nicer.

Maybe youre using it on mode 1? Witch has a top speed of 10, it also has mode 2, 20km/h and mode 3 ,30km/h

Thanks for the review. I just got one yesterday, and when I pulled down the front suspension cover, I didn’t see the spring shock absorber! Is it hidden somewhere else, or is my unit defective? It would be a huge favor if you could check your unit and tell me if you see a front shock absorber!

There is a shock absorber here. Might be that they've silently removed the feature in newer editions. It's mostly jungling while riding anyways - so not a big miss. Get pneumatic tires and this will be comfortable enough.

@@TechMishka thank you. I reached out to them and they showed me a video of the stem that proved that the suspension is indeed hidden inside. I also tested it myself by recording myself jumping on the scooter and I could see the suspension working in the front.

@@TechMishka by the way there IS cruise control on this scooter - you have to press the ring button 4 times to activate it. They don’t mention this anywhere due to EU regulations I suspect, but it is there.

I got one and have a couple question can you please answer them, 1. How do I change it from km to mph ( I live in America) I know you can because I did it on accident once? 2. You said it doesn’t have cruise control, but mine does I just have to hold it for 5 seconds. 3. What is that circle spinning on the bottom mean.4. There is a symbol for Bluetooth on the screen, but how do I use it.5. I just got it and my bottom suspension is making a squeaky noise, is there a way I can fix it.

Hey Jaden, thanks for the question. Tere are some hidden button combinations, but I am also unaware of them. I also have cruize control on or off options - should be a triple press of the horn button. As for the suspension noises - adding some lubricant may sometimes help. Mine is also noisy,

Which speed were you using? Cruise control on? 14KM sounds like not enough for these conditions, but could be that in time you get to improve it.

Range should be fine, but I'd go for something that has pneumatic tires, because usually solid tires are slippery.

Max speed is indeed up to 18.5m/h. Range is around 15 miles if you are moderate at accelerating.

They are very similar. Take whichever you visually like better unless there's a specific reason related to size/weight.
