Absolutely agree. People often think that being an alpha is having narcissistic traits.. since they often call themselves alphas. To me, it's similar to the difference between being a leader and simply being bossy. It's not the same thing. Thank you for this video.

@@paranthamanv5609 The difference will be the Extroversion (alpha) and Introversion (sigma). And in leadership, alphas tend to control others (from the top of social hierarchy), while sigmas tend to empower others (from the outside of social hierarchy). The rest qualities are remain the same.

The woman who I know who exercise the most power do so with diplomacy and incredible social intelligence. They determine who mates with who to some extent. They know who can work together and who would be like oil and water. They have a huge number of personal connections and remember details about each person. They understand people from a psychological perspective - nothing to do with politics.

I can understand how difficult it must be for women like you to handle the truth about yourselves; I cannot do anything except sympathize with you. I may not be Einstein but I am definitely a good observer. Unfortunately women are taking undue advantage of the word feminism and empowerment and getting away with their nonsensical behavior and the men's voices go unheard;another fact that might be hard for you to digest.
