The alternative to fishing Chesil Beach..

Great session mate well done 👍 I went there last year on the lures for an hour or 2 hunting for Bass. I had loads off the beach but wanted to see what was round Portland. Great place to explore. I fished round the back next to some tall metal crane or swing of some sort from what I remember 👍🎣

Its great fishing for small wrasse just dropping down the side where the crane is using small pieces of rag worm on small hooks.

I fish Chesil regular and go to Portland on occasions but never fished it, definitely will give it go now. Enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing.

Love to fish that spot with light gear .I have great memories of a massive shoal of Pollock 4of us caught about 80! But they where all around 10inch size .word of warning the rock jumping looneys use pulpit rock so watch out in the summer !
