once you reach the 5-6 star range you have plenty of players that are just doing it naturally definitely requires quite of bit of muscle memory i mainly do that whenever i go melee it always throws players off because one second im on their screen then next thing you know they have to spend that .5 seconds to looks down by the time they do they would have died. It's crazy how effective it can be in making you a better player.
@@FalseShepherd I've mostly stayed in 3-4* so it's fairly rare to see, and even when I see it done, they usually don't have the proper timing. Didn't knew it was this common for higher skilled players tho
@@codenamescreech517 I knda dont, its fun for a while but could resault in a lot of stalemates in a long run. When everyone has a mosin and a shotgun and nobody can push anybody. But hey, this already happens a lot so I dont how how much worse it can get : /
If everyone has good long and close range anyone can push anybody, it's fair game. I've noticed less stalemates. Even in the case of meta sweats they'll still prefer FMJ Dolch P. over Crown slug so it only adds variety.
That fight at Pitching Crematorium was some beautiful work! Targeted by all 3 full teams in the match and Hornet's only trouble is a lack of uppercut ammo from killing so many lol
@@javelinwounds It's always been easy to get to 6 stars, and it always was hard to stay there, what you say makes no sense considering the changes to mmr that actually happened.
@@sirzebra what are you talking about? They extended the amount of the playerbase in 6 stars by something like 10x at one point. Previously it was pretty hard to stay in 6 stars but now you're stuck there forever for some reason even if you constantly lose over and over and over and over again. It's more or less impossible to derank at this point and there's so decay system so it just feels awful
@@javelinwounds Do you have any proof from the devs of that enlargement of 6* ? They communicated on changes to MMR ranking that didnt affect the two extremes (1&6), but nothing like what you're saying here. Also, classic ways to affect elo-like ratings tend to make levels "stickier" after you implement the changes. What that means is that it might take you a while to get down to 5, but you'll probably stay there much longer than you think, if you ever go back up. Consider you might be an edge case because your mmr must be right near the transition between 5 and 6, because i have a group of 11 different level friends in the game that discussed the update right after the halloween event started and told me they saw no real change in the mmr, and so did I. (That's not an argument per se, but understand that your experience might not be the norm)
I don’t know why I’m 5 stars playing against 6 stars. It’s honestly making the game so unfun for me right now. Tempted to just die over and over again with free hunters to lower my elo
