someone tell the commentator to stop saying "he does not even bother to split." its like pyrros has always been splitting and he felt very strong that day so he did not bother to split. Thats his style he is a power jerker. He never split! He always power jerks. Being a power jerker does not make you better than a split jerker, its a matter of style and preference....

His 200 clean looks almost like a power clean...

Beautiful to watch

Greatest lifter to ever live, by far. The film-crew did a horrible job here, changing the angle and zooming mid-lift etc. Hate it when they do that.

@MsVegasbabyyeah I know it's been awhile since you posted this, but here goes: I think Dimas used to use a split before this. There are some old training videos of him circulating the web where you can see him do split jerks (and by the gods they are explosive).

he does not split jerk. He split jerk in 93 due to a minor injury!

@MsVegasbabyyeah No. He's a professional who had been doing that everyday for years. Likely it was the most effective way for him to complete the lift in competition.

This is why i think Sorah Morady can be consider one of the best lifter ever, weighting only 11 kilos more than Dymas he was able to lift 233 kilos, it is really amazing
