500 ml milk (2 1/8 cups)
600 g 30% sour cream (2 1/2 cups)
150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
Molding:
500 g frozen raspberries (4 cups)
1 pack of red cake glaze
2 tablespoons sugar
250 ml water (1 cup)
Preparation:
Baking pan diameter: 26 cm
