Carl Jung spent his last 30 years studying alchemy as a psychological process. He was really obsessed with alchemy. This I heard from Marie-Louis von Franz herself in an interview.
I’ve been obsessed with Carl Jung since I studied psychology then a lot of weird things happened in my youth and a lot of people kept targeting me then I started looking into this sort of magic and all ethereal things for some time I’ve been on this path now thank you for sharing that 🪄🦄💫
Yes! I'm reading Catafalque now. I loved Reality! I just lugged it back from Miami because I had to reread it. I've been meditating on Kingsley's translations and getting so much further up the spiral. And actually Jung's Red Book is the best representation of his process. From him, of him and released after his death because he couldn't risk his career. He was always a mystic. Flaunting mysticism, historically, and currently, is a recipe for pain lol. He preferred the I Ching, according to his writings and personal focus.
@NumberSicksA friend of mine had the giant, beautiful Red Book. He copied every single page for me. ❤ Hmm, forgot about that... Good times. I'm excited to check into your recommendations. I was just thinking that I needed a new vein. Especially the tech one. I'm currently studying the tradition laid out in Castaneda's work. I'm mostly in love with learning experientially about energy as viewed from the Toltec inventory. I'm studying The Toltec Path by Ken Eagle Feather. I'm also reading Catafalque and a few books on the history, structure and maintenance of labor movements. Everything is blending lol. What I wish I had more time for is to get back to Owen *B*arfield and his concept of original participation. Not a good time for much study for me though, about to get really yang up in this...🖖😁❤️
And yes, Bernardo Kastrup! I've watched him on RU-vid but haven't gotten any further. Thank you for reminding me that human mundanity need not be focused on. I needed a reminder this evening! Ever checked into David Bohm?
Gnosis = Being aware of being aware. The abstract (Heaven) called Love can be expressed concretely (Earth) as a smile, hug, etc., thereby uniting Heaven and Earth. One who knows when to stop is forever safe. Optimum = Heaven. Extremes = (hell). Our choice.
@@kirillbaron6650 The Rhythm of Life is movement and a rest. The optimum (Heaven) is always found somewhere between the extremes of too much and too little (hell). Pleasantness is the Rose found at the Heart of the Optimum. Too much is as bad as too little. Knowing when to stop avoids the extremes in support of the Optimum.

So a large key to the middle path of neither hedonism or total abstinence would be "enjoy little". Or love the "seemingly" mundane. Go between silence and meaningful sound. Never noise. Have no close friends or 1 close friend. Instead of desensitizing yourself actually sensitize yourself, be full easily but also say no or let things go bc you are aware of your sensitivity. Dont be sensitive as in reactive. Plan when you will react and to what. Allow good reaction and when something isnt good for you have no reaction (void/ silence/ space). I think life has a way of trying to teach us this when we work and anticipate nervously for years clawing for something then we dont get it we are in despair then we keep trying and finally get the trophy and after 3 minutes realize its just "stuff" and go to a hollow despair anyway. So youre allowing only negative feelings and high tension and low bad energy. Vs letting high positivity if it comes and also low calm energy. Knowing what to do with that empty space is everything. The CONTEXT of that empty space. Are you going to continue to be the dog that chases the car? Catching it or not, then chasing another. Instead of pushing the boulder up the hill, you can sit down, not defeated, or accomplished and just....not care or care that the boulder exists. Ive been thinking lately about how important it is to be light hearted as i read the Egyptian god of judgement in death doesnt really look at sins or miracles necessarily but how heavy your heart is compared to a feather in that moment of death. Bc the random moment you could die at any time might as well be a fair average for your whole life meaning you wouldn't really want to be a "sinner" anyway whether your sins are seen or not. Which makes sense with Buddha also enjoying the moment right now bc right now is already the past and is the future. Being gently gently 1% on the positive side and able to go neutral but with 100% intention is the key in my mind. No extreme sides. Not extremely fixed in the middle necessarily but you wind up in the middle by not forcing to be in the middle bc there is no fight so ironically you wont lose or be bothered to be drawn out from the middle. Like you're holding on with just one finger. No smiling or frowning just the very edge of your lips in an almost unnoticeable grin, look at the boulder, and everything and just not care much. But care. But not much. But that little amount of not much has really good intentions. But if it doesnt workout thats okay too bc theres a moment after that moment where it could work out some other time. And if it doesnt, thats okay too lol. Bc you dont need anything. Cup half full or half empty if the cup just has 1 drop in it, its okay. 1 pure drop. Is better than a cup of poison. And if that 1 drop runs out, thats okay too. Another drop may come. You can make it a very long time on nothing. And every day you make it the cards are turning. It makes it seem almost impossible for things to NOT workout.
Magic came from a time at about 4 to 5000 years BC when man was losing his spiritual abilities and because so many families forgot to pass down the heritage, he forgot about the past and only a few were left who had special abilities " magical skills"
@@kingtownsend2536ancient Egypt comes to mind. The timeline being B.C. tells us that spirituality was being practiced as a sort of magic rather than prayer of today.
As a technical system it's always been here. But one of Noah's boys discovered old systems written on a wall as graffiti.. in an ancient city he chose to inherit when the waters receded.
For the life of me I can’t distinguish between the two I just think that what we now know as psychology was and is magic, how I think it happened was through curiosity and experimentation the results became just that, psychology AND philosophy, and then we later found out trough psychology and philosophy that that’s what magic had been for the longest not just magic but most if not all beliefs
@NumberSicks OH MY THATS EXPLAINED SO WEELLLLL if you don’t mind lemme take some notes oh btw can you also tell me where did the notion of soul being the psyche come from im trying to read more into that? Ill make it clear that I agree with the statement I just want to know where that observation started and why
I've been thinking about opponent processing constantly since reading "The Master and His Emissary" from Iain McGilchrist. This yin/yang duality working together to create a sacred whole, and imbalance therefore being profane, is such a deep and fundamental truth that it has appeared in most every major religion and philosophy throughout time, and is reflecting in the very structure of the brain.
No Jesus is god's sun, 25 December is when the sun is at its lowest point in the northern hemisphere, it's always been about the heavens where we come from, know thy self
The way people attack Jesus, but happily accept Buddhism & Hinduism is truly profound to me. It probably stems from a severe lack of understanding of those cultures/religions. Because, they are not "do as thou wilt" religions either, the deities can be vindictive at times & there is also a punishment after death for living wrong.
What I don't like about it is; my translation, if you know the right guy "jesus" no matter what you do, you can get into the club "heaven" just from who you know "love" On a trip my answer came to me as (geese it's us) just needed to add a cross "T"
