I love how ultra deduction isn't an ability but rampo's deduction legit doesn't work until he actively wants it too. He could've deduced kamui so much earlier but actively decided to trust fukuchi due to the president which just costed him. Crazy but a fair way to nerf him from just figuring out the plot inside out lol

It's cool that the only time Rampo made a big mistake was because he trusted Fukuzawa lol

Not very often to see Rampo fckin up his job. That was very obvious in my eyes for many reasons since looong. He has power, experience, influence on MANY things - police, government, military - we never saw him fighting, he was hyped up by others and had the potential to look evil sometimes. Also, the will to build up a waaay to powerful global army seemed very suspicious. What irritated me pretty much is that Rampo still uses his glasses since he didn't need them really with Mushitaro and after that very much. After the Dead Apple ending i thought he wouldn't use it anymore since he knows he has no special ability. Maybe it helps him thinking because it's an old habit? But glad the had Poe's book with him. Poe was reaaally helpful every often, i'm glad he is on our side.

if you read the manga you wont be happy to see akutagawa no spoilers but remember he and atsushi promise a fight to death after 3 month or so and the time is moving fast that is way he wasn't in last season to make use forget the promise until the time comes.
