Don't forget, Kyoka also had no control over her ability. They mentioned it in the train episode, her powers are controlled through her phone. Whoever calls that phone has the control. There's probably some psychosomatic component, but she never willingly killed anyone. In that regard, she's exactly like Atsushi.

Well, for me it felt pretty refreshing and realistic - how they missed all the time) Almost no one actually scores a hit ever in a real gunfight and under enemy's fire, too hard and scary, as far as I've heard.
They were full auto rifles and SMGs, its almost impossible to not hit someone directly infront of you (especially as they are running towards you), you don't even need to aim if that's the case just point the gun in their general direction, and it wasn't just one guy shooting back at her
I think apparently most real people (mainly like soldiers etc since ppl who go by themself to kill someone with a gun clearly have that intention) miss purposely bc they know its wrong or they'll miss subconsciously. So ig it is realistic

cmiiw but Higuchi has an ability that has something to do with bullets. It wasn't specified if she's able to manipulate bullets or if she can make all bullets she fires hit the target but she has an ability that has something to do with bullets.
I disagree with the comment of both organizations caring more about their reputation then their people. Last episode the president literally said that everyone should focus on finding their group member and drop the important things they just said they were swamped with. They might care about their reputation to a high extent, but obviously there are ethical lines they hold to compared to the mafia.
