Attempt number 55 at getting Spookston to play any tank with a dozer blade, the catch is, he has to dig in before engaging targets. Movement around the maps is allowed, but he has to dig in again before reengaging.

quick tip from an avid CAS-hater: when using IR SAMs, you can often lock the ATGM a helicopter fires instead of the helicopter, then you can launch another missile on _your_ missile, extending the launch range as your first missile will impact the heli's ATGM and the following missile will now only have the (now closer) heli to lock onto, super fun to hit hovering Alouettes like that, generally only works when you're head-on with the ATGM/heli but i've done it with a fairly large angle before

I think i know the reason why it doesnt have more missiles: Ozelots normally operate in groups of 4, so every vehicle has some missiles and has a spcific task, such as having a radar, firing or staying in contact with allies

The thing I love is that the seeker on the Stingers is so scuffed they can't lock onto the fucking SUN

Hey spookston if you ever want to know if something that looks like a rock is a tank, use your binoculars and try to rangefind it. If it is a tank, your commander should say "Tank!".

Spookston had so much fun playing this. It made me happy ALSO attempt 1 at getting Spookston to do the German player challenge again, but this time he has to: Use a stug III A for a match but he has only HE and APHE Use a stug III G for a match but he only has APCR and HE Use a Jagdpz IV/70 V for a match but he only has APCR and HE and Use a Jagdpanther for a match but he only has APCR and HE with the normal German player challenge rules ofc. Speaking of Stingers doing weird stuff, there used to be (maybe still is) a bug that made the Gepard 1a2 unable to use the FIM-92K, it ALWAYS used the E, even though you select the K countless times

My favourite thing to do with this thing is to zoom across the map and hide behind/in-between the enemy spawn(s) And then just sit there farming scouts until an aircraft shows up, amd you get to fire while they're cruising towards the battlefield Especially effective on cargoport, as you can get to a spot where there's no containers blocking your view, and enemy CAS thinks it's safe to approach if they fly low

I've noticed that Stingers are usually great against planes when locking to the rear of the aircraft rather than the front. Stingers honestly suck when shooting at the front of planes, so it's best to let planes fly past you to get a better lock. 70% of the time FIM Ks will ignore flares when locking from behind the aircraft.

Btw a tip for using the ozelot is waiting for the planes to do their attack run so when their flying away theres a less likely chance their paying attention to SPAA

One thing I noticed when firing FIM 92K against CAS is that they're better off fired in advance of where the aircraft is headed to, often happens when the CAS passes or already passed near your ground position, hits like 90% of the time. They're not quite reliable head-on, only when they've already passed or when they're heading towards the direction of your POV.

I put a talisman on this vehicle for researching this area of the TT. Its easy to get a good amount of RP by playing passively and scouting for your team. Plus keeping the sky clear of enemy aircraft is a big help too. If gaijin would just increase the range of the stingers against helis then it'd be much, much more effective!

what's good about the Ozelot (for me Anyways) is its Missile seems to be immune to flares if you manage to lock onto the aircraft, unless you can spit out tons of flares in a few secs the Missile will always hit the Aircraft

Attempt 49 Challenge: For high tier support a nations MBT with its respective APC/IFV counterpart (ie Abrams/Bradley, T90/BMP2M, etc.) Challenge is keeping the other player alive and supporting it without stealing kills (breaking barrels, tracking, repairing, etc) it being a random should help make it interesting.
