it was part of the CHARGE! 1 year anniversary re-release. which was only sold at shows and on their website. check aquabats's webpage, there MIGHT be some available. if not check amazon and ebay for the album

Hysterical, but didn't this used to a ska band?? In fact weren't they the BEST pure ska band of all time before turning themselves into a mix between devo and a cartoon soundtrack? Maybe you can only do so many songs with constant syncopated upbeats. Sigh...what a shame.
