She made me miserable after about 7 years of marriage. Then, I started ignoring her out of frustration after everything else had failed. Almost left her. Then, I started to notice that becoming aloof and avoiding her for short periods changed her behavior. I busied myself with other things. Well, she started showing interest without all the bitching and nagging. We are going on 39 years of marriage now. I still, to this day, use my tool of being quiet, busy, and aloof. It keeps them curious.

I’m almost 50 and I can tell you that this is absolutely true. This doesn’t mean that you play around with women’s emotions especially ones that you know you don’t want to give a shit about but when you finally meet the one and things turn Sour, don’t be the one chasing especially if you know in your heart that you are a good man and have done nothing wrong.

So true. This girl really liked me at work. We started talking. Then i notice she's constantly up in men's face every day and flirting. We really haven't established anything and we were just in the beginning stages. So when i seen her every day ...id say hello kindly. Then ignore her for the rest of the 12 hour shift. I could see in her body language that it was really eating her alive that i wouldn't no longer talk to her. She would start saying hello every day with a very sad looking face and was really down. I stood strong. Be polite, kind and courteous when she said hello. So I kindly say hello and smile. While also removing my attention from her. As weeks went on, she was no longer talking to other guys at work. I never had to say a word to her about her behavior. I just removed my attention and she made a change. Unfortunately, now ive lost interest. And i see her constantly staring at me from across the room. I can tell she's in love with me. Nobody has ever done this to her. That's for sure. She has this other girl thats her friend. Her friend looks at me with a pissed off face every time i see her. She doesn't like what im doing. Because she's pretty too and has never experienced it either. Now, i can go any way i want to with this girl. But i think i should just focus on my purpose. I don't like having to do these things, but its the only way to deal with them. Attention is currency for women. It's the only leverage you have. She really has never met a guy that can ignore her because of her actions, and be very polite and kind at the same time. It's sent this girl into a whirlwind. To make matters worse on her, I got promoted this week.

I've always been the weaker man in relationships. There’s always a way to balance things.. ignoring women is good but not too much. Giving a women attention is also important because while you ignore her maybe at that time she’s into you and you start ignoring her.. she might feel you’re not interested and if another guy is giving her attention she might also start ignoring you and giving her attention to the other guy. A man should not simp.. you can do all these when you see that she’s really interested in you and she might be the one to chase you.. but this doesn’t work for every woman.
