Nirmal begins to enter the world of yoga at age 9 back in his homeland Nepal, where his grandfather had founded Arogya Ashram. At 15 he begins to instruct yoga, at 17, he obtains his Bachelor degree in Hatha Yoga and Naturopathy, and at 22, he receives his Ph.D. In 2003, he makes a visit to Japan as an Ayurveda physician and a yoga instructor.
He introduces yoga to be a happy self by mitigating the negative feeling, concentrating on the love towards yourself and by regaining brilliance from the inside so that one can truly believe in their own beauty both internally and externally. He accommodates to the lifestyle of modern people today, such as smoother skin, circulation of blood and hormone adjustment, as well as incorporating a way of breathing that can bring out the inner beauty of a person.
Opening a yoga studio and also publishing a book called “Pretty Face Yoga”, Nirmal is striving to spread his own activities.
CEO and President Yoga Ashram Japan, Founder Nirmal Yoga

Our breath needs to be acknowledged once a day for inner peace. As simple as that. Breath is your source of all understanding if you think about it.

I agree. When i have a daily "breathing" routine i tend to feel like I am floating during the day and my mental clarity is unreal.

this is the best ted video on breath i have found. why? because there is minimal passing on of mind programming. other speakers have put a lot of time into passing on mental patterns instead of allowing the individual to clear their own patterns in a self empowering way. many are saying that 'mind control' is needed for us to be at peace, yet the truth is counter to that. only when control ends can balance manifest.

Hello Nirmal, Very useful Technique. I find this exercise better than Kapalbhati for me. 1. Here, the belly contractions happen 'automatically' or do we need to focus on contractions 'deliberately'? If I'm focusing on exhalations, will belly contract automatically? 2. How much time in a day/ repetitions I can do daily to keep my head and belly center clear? Thanks, Avadhut 😊

A question...: Between those short "blasts" of outbreathing, do I take in short blasts of air, or is that one big inhale supposed to last all those short blasts of outbreathing??? Serious question, I think I hear intake of air between those short outbreathing, and my big intake does not last more than few blast outhales.
@nirmalyoga8358
@nirmalyoga8358 7 лет назад
Thank you Peter for your question, All blast are individual , which mean every time we inhale and exhale. However, we focus on Exhalation only, inhalation happens naturally. enjoy breathing enjoy life. Nirmal
@petermalkia8088

Thank You Nirmal Yoga for your quick reply! Wonderful! One more question please, especially since this exercise seems to be really good: Those short blasts of air out, is the meaning of them trying to blast all air out at the same time with belly breathing? I think I see you belly area work a lot with this exercise.
@nirmalyoga8358
@nirmalyoga8358 7 лет назад
Dear Peter , your understanding is right, with each blast all air out, it need bit of strength from belly, which is the Key to clean our head. ( belly center and head center are connected, Also knows as " belly as second brain". Thank you again.
