How do you create calm in your life? Art is my normal go-to for calming an anxious mind. I love doing something simple like contour drawings or swatching. I've been experiencing a lot of overwhelm and anxiety lately so in this video I took the new set of MeiLiang watercolors that I received and swatched them out. It was so relaxing! Then I did a fun bluebird painting with them in my gratitude journal. The full, narrated, real-time painting demo will be up on my Patreon after this video posts to RU-vid.
