Depending upon the behavior and nature of the witnesses we should change the pattern of asking questions to witnesses. Types of cross examinations are as follows. 1. Bold cross examination, 2. Brow beating and bullying cross examination. 3. Dramatic cross examination, 4. Misleading cross examination, 5. Over cross examination, 6. Rapid and quick cross examination, 7.silent cross examination, 8. Suggestive cross examination, 9. Bad cross examination.

Very much disturbingly managed with utmost callousness. Absolutely unprofessional and unprecedented while discussing such a serious topic with such a great orator

The discussion was not upto mark. It appears that the emphasis of speakers was only to state the various propositions. In fact the emphasis should have been to highlight the areas the advocates do not care to look and master and that too in the light of various important provisions of evidence act about the admissibility and extent of admissibility of evidence. The rulings of Supreme Court on thiese aspects also should have been discussed. The relevant law on the nature of crime also should have been highlighted and discussed. Alok Saxena. District and Sessions Judge (Retd), Meerut.

Problem with these top honcho lawyers is that they are very reluctant to let a bright law student intern under them. Reasons known implicitly though😊

🙏 Good Afternoon Friends🍒: **** What is Cross Examination ?. I feel that the right of cross examination is the statutory primary right of an Advocate at the trial court to detect and expose all the discrepancies or to elicit suppressed facts to sift the truth before the Court. If any one of my colleague Advocates interested and may want to play the tactful Game / Art they must read this in order to prevent the opponent unnecessarily every time disturbing you and in such an event you must have to know how to complaint the Court what exactly and which Rule was violated by the opposite party. All The Best. Always Yours, Bade Raghava Rao, Advocate, Vijayawada & High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
