A good Interview of Senior Advocate Shri Ram Jethmalani. Regards Ambrish Tandon Advocate Special Public Prosecutor Central Excise Custums Service Tax Kanpur
Those who invest in a litigation, in particular of public interest with high stakes are expecting a return on their investment. Now imagine if that investment is sourced from the Press world, what could be the implications on the matter appearing before a court of law! Additionally, one must also take into consideration the ramifications from the possibility of covert gambling and public betting on the outcome of the matter!
Great lawyer who once said that Ram whom we Indians consider lord was a fictional character. Ramayan is fictional drama. Ram Jethmalani was great rationalist.
Respect , Ram Jethmalini . Great criminal lawyer, YET , he serves the poor , who can't afford his massive fee's . His eloquence is a great asset to India .
He speaks with such ease to the interviewers shows the most important aspect of his life is experience, no doubt he is highly experienced and knows everything about legal system of India . To be a good advocate, you need to have ease of mind and body.
Times have come wherein you need not know law to become a successful Lawyer. Litigious community are approaching the Layers of their caste and incompetence of judges has added a fuel to the fire. Judiciary has gone to dogs!
My dad is a renowned criminal lawyer and always consider mt. Jethmalaani as his idol, me as a lawyer I consider both of them as my idol, there was only one ram jethmalaani and there won't be any other like him ever
Comments by Sidhesh Patil - Has Mr. Jethmalani never envisaged the competency of dispensing justice within a gender other than male? He seem to attribute the court with a male gender by suggesting 'He the Judge'. I notice prevalence of bias in his speech. Could it be a case of unconscious bias?
