💚Hello and welcome to Peaceful Corner!
☀️ Summer is here! Today was a lovely, full but enjoyable day. Yesterday, while I was shopping I decided that today I will prep food for at least two days. It’s really hot outside so it’s not pleasant to have the stove on every day. Plus, I do not have the mood to cook daily.
~ As my sweet husband is a big eater, I had to cook big portions. He always appreciates my food, so it actually makes me happy when he eats everything that I make. He wanted some vegetables soup ~ which is necessary on hot days ~ and I wanted mushrooms and chicken. And since we don’t buy bread from the bakery just very rarely, first things first, I made a dough the night before.
~ After that, I retouched some of the envelopes containing the letters that my husband and I wrote to each other over time. A few weeks ago I went to a flea market where I bought stamps with the letters of the alphabet. It was the perfect day to try them.
~ I also had time to take care of other details necessary for the wedding. I prepared the "Thank you" cards.
☀️ In the end, I say that I had a productive day!
