I watch this at least once a week and I still laugh out loud. Artie and Anthony really had great chemistry. I wish Artie nothing but the best in life. Here's to a clean and sober Artie Lange!

Artie shines when he doesn't have to lead the show. That's what made him great on Howard. I love when he riffs like this without having to push the segment or come up without the initial bit.
I love this clip. I love it so much that since it was first posted, I've listened to it 3 or 4 times a week ever since. It's hilarious. You'd be hard pressed to find 2 people funnier than Anthony Cumia and Artie Lange.
So true. U know when RU-vid comments r funnier than this clip, which is the best they had to show off to ppl, ur in trouble. These ppl ripping artie used to be his fans but it's like he never comes up with anything fresh, rests on his laurels n is accepted he's Gna take whatever. Like a child who looks up to their dad but grows up n sees him for what they truly are.
By springtime 2018 -- six months into this show's eight-month total lifespan -- Artie was showing up every once in a while, throwing in little passive-aggressive digs like "Hey, am I gonna get paid for today" -- obvious that the partnership crashed + burned almost immediately. I can only imagine the Keith-Artie 'business conversations' behind the scenes.
I wish compound media offered a one week free trial. I really wanna check out some of the shows on it. I may make the commitment and subscribe someday.
In another episode of happy days featuring to.errant fonzi, fonzi was on the jury where a black guy was accused of snatching a purse from a white woman on the street as he rode past on a motorcycle. Fonzi figured it out that the black guy was riding a British bike which had the throttle on the left side which the woman testified that the guy snatched her bag with his left hand so he couldn’t have done it. Lol
I gotta say the Mon and Tue show this week were FUCKING HILARIOUS. I was skeptical because I loved Anthony's political rants and now that's kind of gone because, well Artie doesn't give two shits about politics. But, still these guys are super funny and the energy is great. I hope they have great success with the show.
That intro stinks, sounds like something they found in Kevin Pollak's recycle bin after he wiped his ass with it. Can they come up with something other than retirement home gig sound?
Anthony was one of the great talents in media only a few years ago. At least Opie knew who the funny one was. Artie just isn't funny here, and he's trying too hard, and Anthony is laughing out of habit and concern for his new show. Let's hope these guys can find a natural rhythm at some point. When Anthony is on, he doesn't try to be funny, he just is.
I have spent the last eight months with headphones in my ears listening off of RU-vid absolutely all of Howard Stern's Artie years and he is just amazing he made that show during that time period. I have also spent many days listening to Opie and Anthony he's old tapes and now. I think Anthony is great and I think Artie comes from absolute greatness what is a completely different person right now that you just want to love but can't. On Howard show he was a true professional and know exactly when to state his opinions jokes and stories to add to the show now he just wants to babble about completely irrelevant shit that only a slim portion of your audience is going to cling too. The show has potential I want to love it Paul already outside and tell him to get with the program and be great again!!!

And the biggest point of all and I know Anthony will be reading these comments you need need need need to get your asses in sirusxm with every body else gives millions of people the option to be driven towards your show nobody wants to subscribe to compound media??? When a damn Netflix subscription is the same fucking price what are you guys thinking if you stay there without making changes like this your show will absolutely not be around in 2018. It's a green screen set... they're not actually sitting in the actual positions you see them in... they are looking at each other but the perspective is skewed
Artie doesn't look at anyone when hes on air. Just a thing he does. He's gotta have a Lotta respect for the person to really talk directly to them and it's usually when it's about important shit. Not to say he doesn't respect Ant but it's how he's always been. Btw the show is great!
Dudes, this show is awesome. How am I supposed to give you 80 bucks a year though. I pay rent, you pay for your boat. (artie pays for heroin.) Broadcast this for free. It is the best radio show going right now. It deserves to be out there. Show some confidence, grab some audience dammit. Profit comes later. Youre the only people left that reference fonzie. Its fantastic. BROADCAST yourselves. No matter the cost.
You know how you have that friend you really get along with when you're around other people but when it's just the two of you it's awkward? Yeah, that's these two.
This is a dream team and it's fucking hilarious! I was a Howard fan for most of my life and would never trade the time between Private Parts and Artie's run, but then I found Opie and Anthony and found something different. Less of giant feel to the show but better and more real and freaking funny. This is so great I hope it has a long run! I'd kill to hear what Howard thinks of it because you know he won't mention it besides to say in passing that he either wishes them well or it's small potatoes. I hope it pisses him off though.
I like it, the chemistry isn't fully developed yet but they seem comfortable enough to get things flowing nicely. Time will take care of that though. One only hopes they get to a level of comfort Ant and Jimmy had so we can get some good Ant vs Artie roastings. Edit: Or better yet, throw jimmy in the mix as a third mic and you'll have podcast(radio?) gold.
looks like Anthony is in charge of funding arties dependency issues now. . I wish I knew the "real" story of why Anthony chose to do a show with artie. -
