Thanks Serhii! Still learning, and it's likely these maps won't transfer to the real forge mode, otherwise I'd put in wayyy more detail :D

I haven't read it because of Forge taking my whole life away, but I know HaloGuy is doing some deep dives into it on his channel! He's smaller but a good presenter :)

The textures on the sand vary a lot due to the fact that I'm "copying" the texture from the multiplayer map below, but the sand outside of behemoth's circular ring is low rez because it's technically out of sight. Once forge releases we'll have access actual flat worlds where this won't be an issue, this is just a proof of concept really :) (look out for my next video coming within the hour, it shows the real potential of Forge imo)

@@ALEX7DX No worries, it was a proof of concept, my newest build took 23 more hours and it's only 1 room lol

@@RedNomster I'm definitely down to check out your other videos especially if they're about forges, totally seeing all of the crazy new stuff already being made just in the beta for infinites Forge Mode. I've actually been wanting to do a Halo forges showcase series kind of like theirs for a while, originally just of my own stuff, but because the whole file sharing and website connectivity of Halo 3 and Reach went down I thought maybe I'd show off what Maps you can't get anymore that I still have. I also made plenty of my own custom forge Maps, probably nothing you could consider super impressive, but I did make some original works for Slayer infection and so on and I also loved making map variants for existing game types like Duck Hunt saw and trash compactor. I still make machinimas myself, but it's probably been a hot minute since I made my last one in Halo. I had actually wanted to make a whole classic inspired series using Halo online El Dorito, but I never got around to dedicating enough time to making it happen. I suppose that's still an option along with Halo 5 Halo infinite and the Master Chief collection, but to unlock so much cosmetic options would be an egregiously long task, so maybe sticking with Halo online El Dorito would be most time effective and it can still offer me a lot of creative freedom, although it's not really on the radar for anyone anymore so it probably wouldn't bring in much attention.

I'm going to attempt solo experiences with interactive scenes and scripted dangers, environmental and not :)
