The third session of the 2023 Ohio State University Extension Beef Team’s Virtual Beef School was broadcast via ZOOM on March 8th. The first portion of the evening’s program focused on emerging concerns for the tick populations in Ohio, and more specifically the Asian Longhorned tick and concerns for theileria that it can cause beef cattle and other animals to contract. Here, Garth Ruff introduces Dr. Risa Pesapane and her presentation on the subject.
