I listened this collection of stories 2 years ago from the library but didn’t get to the last two stories before the loan expired. Now after reading book 1 and 2 I can see where reading this one first could help readers catch on to her hiding her identity because she wears masks in these stories. I think having that in the back of my mind as I read Crown of Midnight I picked up on her being the lost princess pretty fast.

So excited to see the different perspectives ❤️ this was my least favorite book and I wish I read it 1st. So hearing it from other people makes me appreciate it a lot more
