You skipped over the other big reference to OMD in the Astral Plane when Peter sees MJ she said "... The answer is yes." Which are the same words she used when making the deal with Mephisto. I think that was one of the most key / important moments of the issue and you didn't show the page or anything.

@@mikemorro140 Hadn't heard that one before. I and other people I've spoken to all looked back at the deal when she said that. I guess we will find out. Spencer would not have put that part in there unless it was foreshadowing something big coming up. The way her eyes squinted made it looks a bit more ominous and sinister like it was referring to something bad rather than good.

MCU May allow for a brief cameo or end credits appearance but I doubt they’ll team up when DRS2 is coming.

Ok so I know I'm going to be disappointed but ... this issue gave us the most direct reference to One More Day since the Spider-man/Deadpool brought it up right just wanted to make sure I didn't dream that.

@@CapedJoel we've gotten our hopes up so many times before and I know that it's incredibly unlikely they ever fully undo OMD but something about this time feels different... I think it might actually happen.

@@lamontabenson4886 no it was a terrible story that ruined everything with Spider-Man peter Parker and Mary Jane and made peter make a deal with the devil to sell his marriage just to save his dying aunt which was stupid on so many levels that we would be here all day if I list them all but that’s just my opinion. If you thought one more day was okay that’s fine you are entitled to your own opinion and I won’t stop you because at the end of the day we all have are own opinions.

@@TevyaSmolka it also made everyone else look incompetent. Not just the Spider-Man characters. Doom, Strange, and all the best scientist on earth couldn't fix a save May from a sniper bullet, but can defy the very laws of physics and sometimes even revive people in any other story? Bull.

@@bizzerdman2093 yup that's right and to make it worst it made everyone besides peter parker idiots because for some strange reason none of the superheroes could help like say i don't know black panther country has scientific technology that could heal a sniper bullet but he says no for some stupid reason and like you said everybody else that could heal aunt may say they can't heal her either which doesn't make any sense whatsoever because if memory serves me well and it does lots of healers in the marvel universe do exist and could've healed aunt may from a sniper bullet but for some strange reason they don't exist in this story which is just stupid and wrong on so many levels.

Yeah I hear that, I didn't hate Ottley's art like some people did but Gleason is on another level comparatively

Personally, I could totally see Ottley’s style as being the basis for a Spider-Man animated series. It’s very clean and streamlined while still being very expressive and dynamic, and I could see it looking great in motion.
