"My guess here is that this is a two turn end-game" oh not at all, it's an infinity turn end-game :) Opponent compressed? Too bad, shuffle back. Opponent not compressed? Too bad, burn 2. Opponent can't out 10.5k - 13.5k pre-counter in a deck with 7 counters? Too bad, dejavu all over again next turn. Depending on matchup, you either snowball multiple Inos on board (if they can't remove them) or just keep the 2/1 Happy Chaos spawner in hand to get another Ino and CX every turn. Literally free CX every turn in a deck without Bar and Pants, it feels so good to play. Deck tech coming after next weekend :)

I was a sokka denier... then I sleeved up the deck, and it completely changed my mind. You can pop off at level 1 with just the 2/2. It's so dumb. I hope it doesn't get banned, and we get to see this insane meta play out for singles. There's so many broken decks, tbh it's kinda fun imo

Eng Bushi only cares about over representation. Personally i never liked a ban list for english.

i feel like ATLA needs a nerf, but it is also the only deck im good at. I need it to be nerfed after white plains in fall lol

That being said I dont think sokka is the mistake people are acting like it is. It's power level is comparable to gura and requires way more skill to pilot. I like having a deck that is powerful and complicated, and it only needs a nerf if the rest of the big decks get hit too

I agree that it should only get hit if the other big decks get hit. But to say Sokka isn’t the “problem” card with the set, I think is false. Getting additional attacks (for triggering a standby) as early as the deck does is just a design space that they should steer away. Hence why they insta banned Ayame.
