get a skull in the workspace first (obviously), add it to your moon file, then, to the player you want to show the skull of: - find their properties in moon (by clicking on the ... button) - add transparency make the player's transparency 0.5, and finally put the skull inside their head it is your choice whether you add a highlight to the skull or not TL;DR make the player slightly transparent, move skull part to head.
